Freshly updated with new paint, new appliances, and comfortable updated furnishings, this cozy condo is ready for your next beach getaway. Located right across the street from the sparkling Gulf waters, Sea and Sun is a quiet, small complex â perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The living space features an open-concept living and dining area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal after a day at the shore. Sleep soundly in the king-size bed and freshen up after a day on the sand in the ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Wanting a quick cool down, guests have access to the outdoor pool and if needed a coin operated laundry facility.
Just steps from your door, you'll find local favorites like The Beach House Kitchen, the delicious Island Ice Cream Shop, and the Seafood Market and Kitchen. For those looking to explore, vibrant downtown Gulf Shores, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and Bahama Bobâs â are just 1.5 miles down the road.
