Gather together at this stunning, dog, friendly, lakefront home, with 3 bedrooms, additional 2 bed loft and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy your own private dock & boat ramp, ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping-pong, and a multitude of yard games (all provided), in the comfort of a private, fully fenced in yard. Fast Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, crisp, comfy hotel bedding & charging stations in each room. Kids love the super fun loft and âCozy Clubhouseâ The home boasts beautiful, airy, vaulted ceilings with panoramic views of Lake, Wateree & spectacular sunsets. The stocked kitchen and coffee bar have everything we could think of. The outdoor gas grill and fire pit lend for evenings of delicious meals and toasting marshmallows overlooking the lake.
During cool evenings, unwind by the indoor fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TVs. For those who need to stay connected, the property offers fast WiFi, ensuring you can easily share your vacation memories with loved ones. Hi! We are Ali and Brian. We started a company called Simpli Hosted, because we love being hosts! When we purchased this home, it was stuck in a different decade. We loved creating the perfect all in one, amenity-rich oasis. With each new renovation and detailed personal touch, we keep our guests in mind, when creating the most unforgettable experience. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose Lake Wateree simply because it's a quiet, clean and stunning lake. We lived in the house part-time, before bringing it to the rental market, so that we could get a feel of what it's like to live and function there. We made it our mission to provide so many amenities at the house, so that there is never a shortage of things to keep you and your guest occupied, just in case you want to veg our at home for the week. If you're adventurous like us however, we provided a carefully constructed welcome book with all the fun things to do outside the property.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
It's difficult to pick 1 thing that we feel makes our property stand out, so we will have to go with 'our dedication to the upkeep of our home'. Since we stay here often, we love when it's neat, organized and CLEAN! I certainly would never want to visit another rental property where my feet or socks turn black from walking around the house, where there are gross bugs everywhere, stains on the furniture or caked on gunk and grime on kitchen appliances. Yuk! Trust me, I've experienced all of that at other properties over the years, and it's not fun. And I'm pretty sure you'd never want to experience that either. Providing a safe and clean environment is of our utmost importance.
