Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are located in trendy Park Circle just steps away from concert venues, restaurants, and a brand new $50 million dollar plus park area in North Charleston. The home has been renovated and has numerous touches from outdoor eating area with BBQ Grill to a Coffee bar for our guests. The kitchen is loaded with extras including new quartz counter tops, new appliances, and everything you would need for your stay. All new linens, and furniture in 2023



The Space:

Home is professionally decorated. We have two queen sized beds with all new linens,



Guest Access:

Home is on lockbox with a code entry system.



The Neighborhood:

Park Circle is a vibrate area with restaurants, live music and is very walkable. It is also close to Riverfront Park which hosts larger musical acts and festivals.



There is a new $50 million dollar Park in the center of the neighborhood that is open to the public. It has kids attractions, several ball fields and a gym. There is also a lot of green space and walkable areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests may park in the designated area, as well as in the spot in between the parking lot and street but they must not block the sidewalk.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available via text, email or phone during your stay. We are local in the area and our maid service is located a few miles away from the property also in the area.
