Broken Items

If anything breaks, please notify Victoria Rental Customer Service immediately so one of our representatives can assist you in finding a replacement.
Otherwise, broken items will be reported and the following charge will be automatically applied to your account:
“Value of item(s) + shipping cost + service fee.”

Please note that all of our units feature open views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
All apartments are located on the eighth floor or higher.
The view from the unit assigned to you may vary from the photos shown, which are for illustrative purposes only.
All listings include photos from the two available orientations: some units face north and others face south.

Valet Parking Rates:

1 to 7 nights: $28 + tax per day

8 to 14 nights: $25 + tax per day

Despite our best efforts to keep everything clean and tidy, children should not be left unattended on the property. Upon first access, we recommend conducting a thorough inspection to ensure there are no loose items that could pose a risk to an infant.
