Relax in the private indoor pool and spa while gazing at the large, hand-painted mural, large oil painting and crystal chandelier or watch your favorites on an 86" tv with high-end in-wall sound system while floating in the heated, crystal clear water. Watch a movie, tv show or play a video game in the theater with 7 comfortable adult recliners, large 4k projection screen, built-in audio system. Stroll around the 2 acre estate with unique 2 fountains with fish & flowers, lots of outdoor seating areas, high-end outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and 2 fire pits. Visit our neighbors, Princeton Lavender Farm and meet their goats, alpacas, chickens and their pony Ziggy. Stay in a newly renovated guest house/bedroom and basement bedroom with exclusive use of remarkable indoor pool, theater. Covid conscious with excellent filtration/ventilation. Bathroom is downstairs from Pool (~20 feet from guest house). 2 queen airbeds come with the property. The winding driveway hides a large parking area with basketball hoop. Property has many flowering trees, vines and gardens. Large fountain with flowering plants and dozens of goldfish centers the front yard. Second fountain with large, original sculpture, ~20 goldfish, minnows and flowering plants is more modern. In the back yard is a large grass yard, your own gas fire pit, patio, lots of flowers, a walking bridge, a high-end outdoor kitchen (fridge, commercial grill, stove top, bread warmer, sink, bar area). The large indoor pool has citrus trees, large teak couch, an amazing chandelier and enormous hand-painted ceiling mural. The guest house has a solid cherry king bed, futon, quiet new ac/heat, fridge, microwave, air fryer/oven, spring water dispenser, coffee and Nespresso machines, large window looking at backyard/woods. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and large closet with iron, ironing board, hair dryer. The movie theater has a large 4k projected screen, Apple TV w/game console and high-end in-wall audio with 7 large adult recliners and 5 kids chairs (on request). Bathroom has toilet seat bidet, lots of marble and nice fixtures. There are about 100 restaurants nearby that deliver nearly anything you could want. The property is very private and special. You’re also welcome to feed the fish and meet our very friendly dogs (if you want). The property is mostly powered by solar panels.

Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the guest house/bedroom 1 (about 150 SF with its own hvac), a very nice bathroom (in the main house, next to the theater), a second bedroom next to the theater, exclusive use of the theater and exclusive access to the indoor pool/spa. You’ll get shared access (with owners) to the large yard with 2 fish fountains, many sitting areas, gas fire pit outside guest house, smokeless wood fire pit outside fence (amazing space!), high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, bread warmer, stove, sink and basketball hoop in large driveway. The Lawrenceville Hopewell trail is about 100 meters from driveway and offers near-endless biking/walking trails, including into Princeton and other nearby towns and the canal path.

Other things to note
There is a Lavender farm next door with outdoor event space and kid-friendly animals (goats, alpacas, horse, etc). They are available for hosting larger events like weddings. We have 2 large, friendly dogs who you can meet if you want or not. We have landscapers come every other week and have a company treats the yard for ticks and mosquitos. There's a lot of outdoor furniture and sitting areas. We have coolers if you want to bring drinks/food to the fire pit or to have a meal at one of the outdoor spots on the property. There are many excellent local farms that sell everything from grass-fed meat to prepared foods to organic produce.

We are happy to help guests with luggage and to make other reasonable accommodations. The space does require going down stairs to access the bathroom (and one of the bedrooms). The stairs have rails. The smallest door openings are 29”.
