The space
Spacious 8-Bedroom Duplex in the Heart of Historic Oakland City
A Home Designed for Connection
Originally built in 1920 and later converted into a duplex, this home offers a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 10 bedsâgiving your group plenty of space to spread out and come together. You'll be booking both sides of the duplex: Unit A includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while Unit B features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each side has its own fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals, relaxing, and sharing time around the table.
Please note: the two units are not connected from the inside, so guests will need to access each side through separate entrances.

For special events (anything other than renting the home for sleeping purposes), please contact us to confirm if your stay falls into this category before booking! Special events must be approved by us prior to your arrival.
We have a strict no party/events policy without prior approval from us. Any signs of unauthorized guests that are not listed on the reservation or unauthorized party, you will be asked to leave the premise immediately with no refund.
Absolutely no speakers are allowed to be used on the outside of the home at anytime. You will be charged $1,000 for disturbing the neighborhood.
Driveway can comfortably fit 1 car only. Street parking is allowed so if you have more than 1 car, please park on the street.
This home is for a maximum of 20 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval was given by the host. Extra guests who are not on the reservation are an additional $100/each if they are not accounted for in your reservation.
Quiet hours start after 11pm.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for extra security.
Please remember that this is a VRBO and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property, be conscientious of wasting energy, not taking home any towels, and turn off all the lights in the house and keep the space clean before you leave.
