As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a fresh and updated interior featuring a newly renovated kitchen with Corian countertops, a French door refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room offers a cozy white sectional sofa and loveseat combination, along with a 42-inch smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out onto the balcony for mesmerizing western sunsets, though note that part of the balcony is reserved for owner storage.

One Seagrove Place 1005

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location near restaurants and other businesses. The only drawback was the one elevator that was working had a long wait. We will definitely be back when both elevators are functional.

Not as listed …… TOTAL Renovation

First time staying in this unit. Location was wonderful. Disappointed in following… shower heads poor, mismatched glasses, cookware sparse, cleanliness of kitchen drawers, difficulty operating oven and no manual found, unfinished open space around stove and vanity in master bath exposing unclean area, only seating sofa which was missing end cushion. Just will say disappointed as was described as total renovation. One Seagrove was great with responding to the air conditioner not cooling 1st day and repaired and working in short time. Also, we were pleased with remote shades in master and living area.

Gorgeous views

The condo was well equipped, gorgeous views. Stove top needs good cleaning, bed skirt is ripped. Would have been nice to have beach service included and set up already instead of having to wait in line and then pick a spot. Consider high top table furniture to see over the railing and black out curtains to block the sunlight in the morning for those that want to sleep in. Had a great time and the condo had all the necessities we needed.

Microwave was dirty and had not been cleaned. Master shower glass was clean on top but not on the lower level of the panes. Floor was still sandy.

Review

The sofa is so uncomfortable it hurts your back. Main TV too small, no TV in second bedroom. Living room rug was dirty. Dishes were dirty. Paint peeling off cabinet, the main bedroom toilet would barely flush. The worst unit I’ve stayed in, would never rent this unit again.

The stovetop was terrible. The paint was chipping off. There was hair in the medicine cabinet. The shower in the main bedroom had mold on the floor and water stains. The bed in guest bedroom was so far away from the mattress that the frame stuck out and was dangerous. The nick nack jar was broken and a danger to our grandson. In the main bedroom the dust ruffle was ripped and the sheets didn’t fit the mattress. They came off during the night. The view is beautiful! This room has a lot of possibilities it just needs a little TLC
