Introducing Mer Sea our new, luxurious recently built 2-bedroom family-friendly townhouse in Prominence that sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The open-concept living room leads to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a Ninja blender. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high thread count linens along with a white down-alternative comforter. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed with an oversized twin loft bed that opens out onto a large relaxing balcony. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart flat-screen TVs, with access to Netflix and other streaming services and free Wi-Fi. If extra sleeping space is what you need, WE HAVE IT. We provide at no additional charge, a twin-sized roll-away bed and pack-in-play for the babies. You also have a full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron. There is no need to bring beach supplies, we've got you covered!!! There are four pop-up beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach wagon in the one-car garage for your convenience. On days when the beach is not on your agenda, you have access to a beautiful resort-style 5000-square-foot pool that is heated in the months of October, November, March, and April.
Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closets in the laundry room and master bath. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.
Mer Sea is perfectly nestled between Seagrove, Rosemary/Alys Beach and a simple walk across the street lands you in the community's town center, "The Big Chill". The Big Chill includes a large cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts. There are endless eateries that include Bar-B-Que, salads, hamburgers, ice cream, shaved ice, and much much more. If you want to shop and buy souvenirs you will find all of these things located at The Big Chill also. If you like bike rides, the Salt Air bike rental shop is also located here and you will receive a 10% if you mention our unit to the staff.
• The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park located at 6350 East County Road 30-A just down the street from The Hub/The Big Chill. Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, the entrance to Deer Lake State Park is on the left. It is recommended that you drive into the park or ride bikes to the parking area. Once parked, the walk to the beach through the dunes is 0.5 miles.

• Beach Gear: Four backpack beach chairs, an assortment of beach toys, boogie boards, and a beach wagon are in the garage for your use. Enjoy the items, all we ask is that you wipe them clean before your departure so they’re clean for the next guests following your stay, AND store them in the condition you found them.
• Pool: Please, no rough play in the pool or on the pool decks. Please read and adhere to all HOA-posted rules. Pool hours are 8 am through 9 pm CST. Within the pool area, you will find gas grills for guests' use. All children that are not potty trained, must wear a swim diaper when they are at the pool. No children under 13 yrs of age are allowed inside the pool area without adult supervision.
• Groceries: The closest grocery store is Publix, located 10 minutes away (by car). From the Prominence entrance, turn right onto 30A. Travel 4 miles, and turn right at the stop sign onto County Road 395. Go 1 mile and the grocery store will be on your right. You can also use Instacart or local grocery delivery services to bring your groceries to you.
• Trash: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. The trash bin is in the garage. If there is any trash in the bin, please bring it to the end of the driveway no later than Monday or Thursday evenings. After trash pickup please bring the bin back to the garage. All trash in the can MUST be bagged. If there are fines assessed for not complying with the HOA rules regarding trash, this will be added to your charges for your stay.
• Parking: Per the HOA rules, there is no parking in the streets, on the sidewalks, or on walkways with cars, bikes, or golf carts. You can park in the single-car garage and in the driveway of the "C" unit ONLY. All overflow parking is in the gravel parking on the southside or at the pool from 9 pm to 8 am CST. If you park at the pool, you MUST move your vehicle before 8 am CST or it will be towed at your expense. If fines are assessed to our unit, they will be billed to you during your stay.
• Please note that fire pits, grills, or any open flame cooking devices are not allowed at any unit in Prominence and guests cannot bring their own to use at any time. Using any of these devices at the home will result in immediate eviction with the forfeiture of the funds from your entire stay.

Minimum renter age is 25.
Guest must sign Renter Agreement and Golf Cart/Bike Waivers, provide copy of guests' 18+ Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and names/ages of all guests on reservation within 24 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled.
Quiet Time is ENFORCED 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM
Security Deposit required of $350 and up to $500. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card unless already included during booking.
Additional Pet Fee required of $375.00-$450.00 per pet. Please specify if your pet is an ESA or SD. If you bring a pet you will be required to supply current pet vaccination records.
CHECK-IN: You will receive an email 72 hours before check-in with check-in instructions. Our concierge will meet you on-site for check-in to complete a walk-through, and you will be required to complete the check-in form (please note that only the person whose name is on the reservation can complete the required check-in form). Our concierge will release the door code to the home upon your arrival. We will coordinate with you on the day of check-in for arrival times.
