1800 Atlantic est directement sur l'océan Atlantique à Key West, à côté de Smathers Beach, la City Beach avec une variété d'activités nautiques disponibles.

La propriété elle-même dispose de places de stationnement sécurisées attribuées, de 3 courts de tennis éclairés, dont l'un est le seul court en terre battue de la ville. Il y a de beaux jardins botaniques avec des aires de pique-nique et de barbecue.

La piscine chauffée de taille olympique se trouve au bord de l'océan Atlantique, il y a aussi une baignoire jacuzzi bouillonnante pour 20 personnes.

Basic kitchen necessities were lacking. The construction left dust on everything and was incredibly loud. It would be nice if they didn’t rent a condo if construction was going on next door. Couldn’t even have our blinds open and enjoy the views without workers staring in our condo.

Dirty floors and old bedding.

Unhappy with the cleanliness of our unit. The floors were dirty, very specifically and inch wide of dirty, hair and dust on the floor by master closet wall. Clearly the floors haven’t been properly cleaned for awhile. A few tiles in hallway as “lifted”; as in it was uneven. The beds were comfy but the comforters were old and scratchy. The size of the unit was nice; the kitchen appeared clean. The pool was nice. Would not stay hear again due to the cleanliness issue. Disappointed for what we paid.

Overall- good place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful pool area and view in the pool area.Very disappointed that the water filter still needs replacing on the refrigerator!!! The water was gross tasting. We worked around it and bought bottled water. But when you pay this much for a rental property- the property should replace the filter on a regular schedule, like they wash the bedsheets on a regular schedule. That is on the management company. Also, there were many burnt out light bulbs in the light fixtures- again the management company!! Don’t plan to use the parking space if you rent a golf cart to drive around the city- they do not fit in the garage!!! Better cross your fingers you can get a parking spot in the lot- there are very few!! Good luck getting a call back from the management company. I had to leave 2 messages on 2 different days to hear back from them. But nothing was resolved.Our place was clean, and comfortable minus the things listed above.

No what I thought

No view a lot of traffic noise no seats at pool . Property was clean and comfortable but they came in and fumigated while we were there and there was 2 days of very noisy construction.

Couples Get Away

The condo is in a great location. The process to enter and exit was great. The unit was clean and accommodated two couples comfortably. It's close to the southern most point and the south end of Duval Street. There was easy access to all activities. We enjoyed and recommend staying here.

Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. It was large enough for the 4 of us and close to areas we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Key West.

Hot tub and pool area very nice/clean. Property well maintained. The condo unit itself was lacking. Pull out sofa bed very uncomfotable, jacuzzi tub broken, plumbing in main bath needs attention, no screens for any of the sliders, water dispenser on nrefrigerator not working

Retirees winter travels

The property was very clean, is convenient to Key West “Old Town” and is adjacent to the airport. My wife and I stayed there with friends. We used the 2nd bedroom and our friends used the master. Bedding in the 2nd bedroom isn’t great, but was okay for a short stay. If I owned the unit I would definitely update the mattress in the 2nd bedroom. The unit needs some repairs, especially to the closet doors. The closet doors in the master br were the only ones that closed properly. One funny thing, there were only 3 cups in the cabinet and they didn’t match and the largest only held about 8 ounces. The unit just needs some TLC. But again, it was clean and met our needs for a few days of fun in the sun. The overall complex is very good. It has a nice beach area, a great pool and hot tub. One interesting sign in the complex lists you know the this complex “Is a residence NOT a resort”. And the pool area has a list of about 20 rules, which reminded us of the Nick Saban VRBO commercial….use the pool, but don’t have too much fun and don’t make any noise. One more thing about this unit. It’s on the side of the complex adjacent to a busy street, which was not bothersome inside the unit, but you do get a lot of traffic noise sitting on the balcony. I definitely would stay in this complex again, but maybe in a different unit.

It was nice

The condo was nice. It was clean. We weren’t in it very much as we only had 3 days to experience and explore Key West. We didn’t go to the pool area as the weather wasn’t conducive to that. The carpet in the hallway could use some attention. It’s pretty old. All in all, our experience there was very good. I’d definitely return.

Observations: good location, walkable to beaches, comfortable size, nice balcony, furniture ok, kitchen only had 4 non-matching coffee cups, needed some basic utensils pancake turner and cookie sheet. Fridge ice water stopped working last evening, but ice was good. Bathrooms were ok, but a bit old/rough. Bedrooms good, bifold closet doors come off track easily. Beds slept good. The condo is showing its age, but we had overall a very nice stay.

Great pool, location and clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved the pool area, very clean condo, great air conditioning, near beaches and pier and secure with parking! The parking spot was great! Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with cooking utensils/spatula and that the fridge had filtered water working, otherwise it had everything we needed. The ladies with All Florida Keys Property were very helpful. So glad the bugs were not bad as I had read in other comments.

Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.
