Just a few more steps to downtown shopping on Asbury, complete with restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This updated 2nd floor home has 3 cozy bedrooms, to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 children comfortably. Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows, or kick back on the balcony for sunrise & sunsets. You'll find most everything you need, fresh linens, kitchen supplies and bath essentials. Continuous updates being made under new ownership.

Boardwalk Hall in AC and ocean getaway

The location was great for us. The house was perfect for us. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough drive to Atlantic City to go to the show and be back in a peaceful neighborhood shortly after the show was over. Tim and Hannah answered us very quickly anytime we had a question. Look forward to going back again!

Great spot for weekend stay

Stayed for the weekend while in town for a fundraiser event. Perfect spot in proximity to the boardwalk and to get back over the bridge into Somers Point and Linwood. Rental was clean and street parking was available right in front. Dog friendly was a plus. It was just 3 adults staying so could see it getting crowded with more people as there is just 1 bath. But it was perfect for us.

Great Stay

Everything you want and need for your stay plus Tim & Hannah were great hosts. The condo was spotless upon arrival, communication with the hosts was seamless, and overall the condo is spacious with a very nice kitchen/dining area. Parking was a breeze on 11th St as the description suggests.

We had a wonderful stay at your home! One thing that we always look for when arriving at rental homes is the cleanliness- I give your home 5 stars!! This house was perfect for our September getaway. Wonderful OC stay!

Had such a lovely long weekend in OC at this beautiful home. Convenient location, well appointed, and the hosts were instantly responsive when we had a question regarding operation of the AC system. Highly recommend!

Did not disappoint

This location was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and the host supplied us with almost everything we needed for our two night stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Ocean City NJ

Tim was an excellent host. The house was clean and had all amenities. A few block walk to Asbury Ave is very convenient. Would highly recommend. There was a Roku in every room which was great.

Family off season weekend

Tim and Hannah’s ocnj property was an absolute delight. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and new. Bedrooms were each furnished nicely and the inclusion of linens is much appreciated. We had a great weekend and would absolutely come back. Thank you!

Great place, awesome location

Very clean and well appointed beach house! One of the best stocked kitchens of any place we’ve stayed. Everything you might need but not a lot of random cups collected over the years. Very clean. Owner communication was super timely. Location is in walking distance to lots of shops and places for coffee, etc. not too far from the beach.

Perfect for a get away

It started from booking. The hosts very responsive and communication was great. We checked in and the unit was exactly as described. Very clean. Adequate amenities and a great location. We have absolutely no complaints. The hosts were very communicative and the unit was amazing. Everything feels very clean, and although pets are allowed, you would never notice would definitely stay here again and look forward to it

Great location!

Our family of 4 just spent a weekend in this cozy condo, and it was perfect for us! We didn’t spend a lot of time inside as it was a beautiful weekend down the shore. But the condo was well stocked, including toiletries that you may overlook when packing for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the spacious deck. The living room had the most comfortable couch, which was great for a late afternoon family nap. I loved that the bedrooms were far enough removed from the kitchen and living room so you didn’t have to worry about noise traveling and waking anybody up. The location of the condo could not be better! You are right in the thick of all the shops and restaurants, and the boardwalk was a short drive or even walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location walking distance to boardwalk and Asbury shopping. Also a great coffee/ bagel shop across the street. Clean space for our family and dog.
