Major issues with the property condition, missing parts on the vertical blinds, damaged sofas and chairs. The main issue was that the front door lock did not work and the property was open when we arrived. I texted on Sunday when we checked in to report this issue, called and texted several other times. Eventually I contacted a repair person to fix it, at my cost.I finally received a text message from St. George Rentals who told me "there was no issue" and they would not reimburse me.We will never use this owner's properties again and will certainly spread the word among friends who use VRBO.
The location was great for what we were doing in the area. The only negative was that we could not get the TVs to work as there was an issue with the WI-FI.
Lovely, spacious, but lacking a few kitchen things for us.
Beautiful, clean, easy to get into unit. We had a great time! Because we cook most meals, the kitchen was a challenge for us. The unit is advertised to sleep 7 which it would very nicely do, but there aren't 8 dinner plates or 8 teaspoons. There is one great pizza pan, but one pizza doesn't feed 3 adults much less 3 children who came to visit for dinner. I also needed a 2 qt sause pan. The 1 & 1.5 qt pans were too small for us. I had to cook the pasta then try to keep it hot while I used the same pot to steam the vegetables, and the large pot doesn't have a cover. Also there was no container with a top to make Koolaid for the kids. I bought one and left it for the next group.
Something that would have added to the fun would be some kid games. The "Dominoes" have several missing.
A trip to a thrift shop or the DI nearby would add great kid games very reasonably. We would definately rent again, just have a backup plan for kitchen needs.
