Located in Building 21 - 2nd floor, overlooking the red desert. If you are looking for multiple condos close together, we have 5 condos in this building.

This stylish condo has an eye-catching unobstructed view outside from the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances with an electric stove. Plentiful cabinet space, and stone tile countertops, a perfect place for you to create your favorite family meals. The barstools comfortably seat 4 and the Dining table has five chairs and a bench that can seat 8 together! The living room is furnished with sofa and loveseat, and recliner in brown leather and has electric fireplace is in the back corner. This room is a perfect place to relax and enjoy after a fun day in the sun!

The master bedroom has a KING size bed with adjoining en suite that with a garden tub. This bedroom also has access to back patio. The second bedroom that has two TWIN beds and a sliding door access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom, has a QUEEN size sleigh bed.The condo sleeps 6 comfortably in beds with the option to sleep an additional 2 - whether it be children/infants or someone on an air mattress. These items can be rented from us during the booking process online - or you can bring your own. Internet is provided as well. A private/secured internet for your stay - making it safe to work away from home. Let us contribute to you making delightful memories with your family during your stay in this beautiful condo!

Great spot in St George

This was a great unit! Very clean, well kept, and in a great location. It also had a beautiful view with a massive balcony. We would stay here again.

First it was listed as a bottom level. It was on the 2nd floor. The condo itself was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen utensils and dishes were old and needed to be washed before we used them. I tried to contact the host a number of times and did not get a response. At one point I had to call the main office to get an answer to my question,

Tons of Fun!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The 5 swimming pools were plenty of fun for everyone. We all really appreciated that they were heated since the weather was a little chilly when we were there. We also enjoyed the pickle all courts and basketball court! There is something fun for everyone in your family/group. We are planning on making this a yearly trip!

A Great Place for Families

We love Las Palmas, and have been here several times. This particular unit was very nice and accomodated our family of 6 well. The kitchen was spacious. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The property itself is great and has lots for the kids to do. My only hesitation was that even though the property itself was clean, the oven mits and hot pads hadn't been cleaned so we threw them in the wash. And there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen when we first arrived. There was a note on the laundry explaining what to do about the smell (and the problem resolved within a day). All in all, we loved it here but thought those things were worth mentioning. We would stay here again easily!

Great weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our family trip. Very spacious, great kitchen. Enjoyed the deck and the grill. Spent hours in the pools everyday. Loved watching the bunnies off the deck! Would come here again.

Lovely property not so responsive property owner & managers

Very nice condo. But sent 3 emails prior to our arrival asking about the air mattress referred to and if the had an electric griddle. None were answered. We didn’t receive the door code by email OR the VRBO app referred to when we reserved the property. We had to call the property manager when we arrived and were standing at the door of the property. It was after hours but luckily they picked up and finally sent all the info.

We loved the condo. It is spacious, has comfortable mattresses, and a nice view. We were their working and under a bit of stress. It was a perfect place to go to and relax. It is right by some awesome mountain biking so we were able to get in a night ride.

Condo is great, property was completely torn up for construction (no one told us).

Condo was great but all of the facilities were closed or were under construction. I understand that upgrades have to be done during the off season, but a heads up would have been appreciated. We were extremely disappointed because we were expecting, and paid for, what was advertised. Bummer. We had fun in St. George and I'm sure after all of the work is done on the property your stay will be awesome.

Was easy and didn’t have to deal with not one person! No one. Kids loved it. Clean, spacious, can’t beat the price. Awesome view right on edge of all the condos, tons of rabbits on the lawn every day for the kids to watch and chase around. Loved it.

Fun views from this room, property manager very responsive, we liked being a little off the main drag with easy access to I-15 for shopping, etc. and beautiful driving to Snow Canyon. Pool was crowded but to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.
