Great Getaway

Nice spot in the center of town, close to the beach and other spots in town. Owners keep up with the place and are responsive to all needs. Recommended.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and very nice. Felt like a home away from home. I could tell this is a family home. The kitchen had anything you could think of and even essentials to cook with and condiments. We met some of the owners of other units in the pool and they are a very nice little community. We road our bikes to the beach everyday. Will will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Spring Getaway

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. Weather was fantastic! Beaches, Fishing Pier, shopping was all very close. Condo was very well decorated,clean and well equipped with your basic necessities and then some! I would totally recommend this rental! Thankyou so much for a great place to vacation and when needed to relax and feel at home!

Enjoyable rental!

My family stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the rental—it provided us with most of what we needed and also was convenient to the activities we wanted to do while visiting SSI. We knew in advance that laundry isn’t in the unit, so while it would’ve been helpful to have in the unit, we decided upon booking that it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I was glad that I messaged the host while packing to inquire about beach towels as they are not included in the rental so we ended up having to bring our own.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! So comfy, great location and had everything we could possible need for nights in. Our tradition of staying at St. Simon’s each summer was even more instilled with this amazing property! We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

The house is very clean, well organized, it is as seen in the photos, everything is very close from the beach to the restaurants, the pool is very clean. Without hesitation we would rent the place again.

The condo was wonderful. Not only is it well decorated, with modern appliances, it is situated in a wonderful area. The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Even several seasonings. We had one minor hiccup (the propane in the grill was empty) but the host was quick to respond and remedy the issue. The beds were comfortable, the table was larger than it seems in the pictures (which was great for my family of 6!), and most importantly, the AC worked GREAT!! I didn't realize the washer and dryer are not in unit, but the pool house has several coin operated machines. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here this weekend! The wonder was super fast to respond to our questions & a pleasure to work with. This location is fantastic! It’s very close to the beach which made for lots of great beach walks during our stay. We especially loved the Ga Bulldogs decor & items that we could use on this game day weekend!

The location is great. Pool is a nice extra. Plenty of everything provided for your stay, which is great. I loved not having to worry about picking up supplies like dishsoap, tp, ect. while vacationing. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for having us.

A true delight

We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving, and found it to be incredible clean, and comfy. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach, and the convince of the location. My kids loved it too! My only tip would be to bring a roll of quarter's to do laundry onsite.

Great townhome and convenient location

Our family had a great week-long vacation on SSI staying at this townhome. The home itself was nice and had everything we needed. Bonus was being able to walk just a few steps out the back landing to the pool! This home was also in an extremely convenient location on the island. The beach is just a couple minute drive away, and you can get to restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping in 5 minutes. Communication with the owner was also excellent. Early in our stay, the AC stopped working briefly (no one’s fault). We messaged the owner around 6am that day. They were immediately responsive and had someone come out to fix the issue quickly. The AC was fixed before noon that day and we never had another issue. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Excellent location! The host was very attentive and replied within a timely manner! We enjoyed the get away and got to enjoy many of the near by beaches. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to revisit! Appreciate all the details especially when traveling with our children not only was it comfortable for us as the adults but for the children as well!

Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay!

This is my first adventure being a host. I have recently purchased this unique condominium. I have redecorated and bought everything new from top to bottom. This includes linens, dishes, outside furniture, grill, rugs, glasses, etc...Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. I love this neighborhood. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool is also right out the back door. It is a convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex. Everything is new and redecorated. It has awesome amenities. Child friendly. Games, toys, pool, ping pong table, corn hole set, large TVs, walk in shower, great entertaining area around the bar and the luxury of new outside furniture, NEW GRILL and a great high top table with a small furnace to light for ambiance or it has a flat top which makes table great for a lunch outside or playing games.
