THE SPACE
The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living area/ kitchen. It's a light and bright corner unit with wood flooring throughout, spacious living area with comfortable seating and 60” Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and comes equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. Stylish dining for 6 leads to a large furnished balcony. The den, just off the kitchen is a cozy hideaway with queen pull-out sofa and a handy work desk.

BED & BATH
3 bedrooms with top quality mattresses, luxury linens, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanities, garden tub, walk in shower and screened toilet. Guest suite has a Queen room and a third bedroom with 2 double beds. The guest bedrooms share a family bathroom. Our full size laundry room in the condo means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
