To protect myself and my property, there will be a $300 refundable deposit requested. As long as you don't damage my condo, you should expect to get the $300 back once the condo is cleaned after you have checked out.

I also require my guests to provide with a copy of their driver's license. This is for my records in case of any audit.

They are in bad shape. Also, the kitchen needs a few more basic items, like a potholder or two and plastic drink ware. The A/C wasn’t working but 4Star had us reset with no problems. The ice maker needs attention. No elevator issues or Tidewater complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the room was comfortable and fairly clean. It could use a little TLC for several small items that were noticeable. Examples: Plastic coverings on metal braces for the kitchen counter top broke apart when brushed by legs; sliding door drapes had a full length line of holes, tears, defects; some of the grout in floor tiles missing and the door bell didn't work. These are small items, but were noticeable. The bed was comfortable and all of the appliances worked. Four Star staff were very helpful when contacted. Loved having the "Waves" restaurant available. Food and service very good.

Best hotel stay

Tidewater is Truthfully one of the best I have stayed at. Rm 1804 has carpet in the bedroom and it is super clean, floors were not sandy, the view was amazing, water pressure was great and hot. I’m giving a 5 star review because it deserves it but I also just want to add this so everyone knows or so maybe the property manager will invest in better. The beds were stiff in the bedroom literally woke up with a sore back every day and the couch bed was so springy it had no comfort. I would def love to see an investement in comfortable soft beds especially if staying for atleast a week. We would greatly love this place without a shadow of a doubt. Overall A+++++

We were very satisfied with our room. The only bad thing about the property was the chair/umbrella rental company charged 240$ for our chairs for 4 days and the beach was closed water closed for 2 days of our trip on 6/15/23 and 6/16/23. Was not able to enjoy the beach due to high winds/rip tides and did not get refunded for chair rentals. Would recommend having chair/umbrella rental included in stay. Thank you

Loved this rental! Was perfect for our family. The view was incredible, the rental was clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, short walk to pier park, literally go outside, and your on the beach. We very much enjoyed this rental, and plan on renting here again soon!!

Great stay! Beautiful property, very upscale, and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great (we had cheeseburgers), but the staff was amazing. Elevators quite slow but we were on vacation, so we didn’t care.

Last year I dealt with Emerald Coast. 4 Star returned calls, represent condos with comfortable furniture, and helped with minor problems I had. None of that happened last year. No maintenance came after complaints, no phone calls returned, worn out furniture.
