Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed and more! The host was great and communicated throughout our stay. A couple of days before we arrived, they sent a link of different events that were happening in the area.We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and this was the perfect location. Only 10 minutes from her house and the venue. Next time I come into town, we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again! Thank you for making our stay perfect!NQ and family

This property was just what we needed for our family gathering for my son’s graduation. There were no surprises at all. The beds were very comfortable. Great coffee service and snacks. It rained most of the days we were there. We would be happy to stay there again if we needed to come to Fayetteville again.

We, 4 sisters and sisters in laws over 70, stayed in this adorable, clean, comfortable and exceptionally well stocked home for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it! The hostess, Ethel was extremely and quickly responsive to all of our questions and even emailed us directions to local food stores, restaurants and a wonderful bakery/ice cream shop without our asking. I speak for all of us when i say "we highly recommended this home away from home"!Toni

Excellent stay

Description online was exactly correct. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. House is cute with all the amenities that you can possibly need. Decor was quaint. Definitely will be staying there again!!!

Above and Beyond

So cute, inviting, comfortable, and welcoming. Many extra touches. We truly felt like guests, not just renting a space. My boys said "this is like staying at a fun Grandma's house!" If you are staying in Fayetteville this is where to stay

This home is as described. We are a electrical company who needed somewhere to stay last minute for a out of town job . Ethel was a great host and very helpful and flexible with the needs/issues we had arise on our end of things. Very much recommend and will definitely be staying again when back in town. We cannot say enough about this property. It's a cozy 3/2 with a large yard, plenty of parking and every amenity you could ask for. The bathrooms are full of towels, soaps, body washes and shampoos. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, spices and appliances - the coffee/tea station is OUTSTANDING! The laundry is also filled with everything you'll need to keep things tidy. Beds are VERY Comfortable and the front patio is roomy with a great place to sit and listen to the sounds of crickets and cicadas in the evening. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, too.My Husband and I came here to see our son at Fort Bragg over the 4th weekend and were pleasantly surprised. There are games and toys for kids. The owner even left treats out for the doggo when we checked in. We stay in a lot of rentals when we travel. THIS is a property we'll be revisiting whenever we're in Fayetteville. Thank you to the owners for a comfortable stay. You went above and beyond. Mahalo!

Very nice home, clean and comfy. Had great games and toys for young kids. This is kind of a funny thing to comment on, but I loved the shower water pressure! I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful host! The cottage was thoughtfully equipped (coffee bar with cute cups, take out containers, hot cocoa, etc), shampoo, conditioner and body wash with body lotion and sprays in the bathroom, olive oil and vegetable oil in non drip container; and convenient plugs for devices. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

This house is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. The host has thought of everything and she is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this home again.
