First floor villa. Quiet and peaceful retreat. All other villas privatelyowned and not in rental market. This villa has a spacious master bedroom with private entrance to incredible screen porch that overlooks the 5th tee box on golf course. The porch is also accessible from the spacious living room and has separate stairs leading to the back of the property. Master with king bed and private bath, second bedroom with queen and twin bunk beds with private bathroom. Minimal stairs leading to villa. Linens and towels with starter pack of toiletries included. One DOG under 20 pounds allowed with paid pet cleaning fee.

Great location in Wyndham Resort. It was my second time staying at Plantation Nest and I absolutely love the screened in porch area. It’s very quiet and it has everything you could need for a long weekend stay or a week long visit. Would love to stay again.

My family has stayed in several units at Ocean Ridge over the years, and this one is certainly one of our new favorites! The porch was especially nice to have on a few very wet days, and the size of the 2 bedrooms was a huge plus. The babies had plenty of room too! Will definitely rent this one again for visiting friends and family!

Back porch delight

The back porch in this quiet section of the golf resort overlooks a diverse population of wildlife. During our visit, we were able to view deer, squirrels, and many beautiful palms, live oaks with Spanish moss, and azelias. The home is as described! We will be back!

Comfortable and Quiet in Resort Atmosphere

Location was perfect for our short trip. Beautiful area. Was a nice place to walk the dog. Evenings especially nice as the condo has a large open porch overlooking the golf course, close to the golf pro shop and restaurants. Deer sightings at dust. Recommend this very highly.

Edisto visit from Seattle

Condo was great for my niece and her family. She was joining us from Seattle for a couple of days. Only thing I would suggest would be some storage containers for leftovers in the kitchen. Overall, a good stay for them.

Typical beach property - nothing fancy but adequate. Unfortunately, it appeared the property had been (bug-bombed?) and not cleaned afterword. Their were dead bugs on almost every surface including one of the beds. Kitchen counters and other surfaces had to be cleaned by us. While there were paper "wraps" on toilets, there was a dirty washcloth left on a shower rod.Oven mitts were very dirty.We did appreciate the adequate number of towels and wall hooks.As always, we thoroughly enjoyed our EdiSLOW stay!

Gosh, Georgia. I wish that you had contacted me. We have scheduled pest control and have never had a problem with bugs. Maybe our significant rain was the cause? I would have interceded if you had only called me. I cannot help a renter unless I am notified. Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after each visitor and I apologize that a towel was left behind. Please some back and try us again. We love sharing Edisto!

Great communication!

Maureen was very responsive and patient with all my first-day questions. The condo is large and well-appointed. The surrounding golf course and resort area are surrounded with beautiful Spanish moss-adorned oak trees. Great atmosphere!

Kitchen supplies were substandard. Expected ample toilet paper and paper towels for 8 days. Not so. No coffee and only 1 tide pod and 1 dishwashing pod. Sliding glass door extremely hard to open and screen was torn open on the back porch door. Beds were very comfortable.

First time visitor to Edisto

This was my first visit to Edisto and hopefully not my last. We really enjoyed our time! This property has a fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels which is appreciated. We spent the most time on the screened-in porch. It was wonderful listening to the birds and watching deer. The owner of this property is so sweet. Any question we had was answered immediately. I would definitely come back and stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The big bathroom shower does not spray out all the way and the tub holds water really bad. The window unit in the other bedroom would not work at first. There is a line that goes down the tv in the living room. For the price we payed for our short stay I feel these should not have been issues for us.

Fantastic and roomy condo, great location!

We absolutely loved staying here. The screened in porch was my favorite spot and where I spent most of my time when not on the beach. Having a morning coffee while people-watching golfers was absolutely delightful. The kitchen was well-stocked and there’s also a gas grill out back, we cooked all but one meal during our week-long stay. Our kids loved the large living room TV and once they hooked their Nintendo Switch up, it was hard to peel them away. The beds were maybe too comfy as the kiddos tended to sleep in late. Speaking of comfy, the living room couch was so comfortable my spouse and kids would not stop talking about it… they still haven’t, actually. We rented bikes to use a shortcut (owners only gate) to the beach and to Pressley’s for a night out which I definitely recommend. The friendly neighbors also made us feel very welcomed which I greatly appreciated. I honestly can’t wait to visit again next year! Overall our time in Edisto was absolutely magical- we visited the eerie and beautiful Botany Bay, saw a loggerhead turtle make her way back out to the ocean after nesting, and on another night during a new moon we could see millions of stars and even the Milky Way. Good to know: the coffee maker takes k-cups, I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs, fill up the ice trays upon check-in, and lastly: don’t forget to relax and enjoy your time here in paradise.
