Rebecca! Thank you for staying with us, I apologize about the bed missing it’s boxspring, I had an issue with a previous stay but is all being taken care of so we will definitely have a new one soon. Also about the smoke detector, there is a smoke detector in the room I believe you might have missed it but it’s okay I totally understand and I still appreciate your feedback. Hey! From all of this the one thing that was wrong was the ice cream being in the freezer, unfortunately my cleaning person had an emergency and I apologize about this like I told you it was completely my fault and I wanted to refund you for it until you started with the threats. I offered you your money back but unfortunately I don’t like being threatened, that was not the way to treat someone who’s trying to help you, and I also provided you with videos of the coffee maker working perfectly fine, the “smoke detector” on the counter is actually a thing to catch smells which is how I know it didn’t smell like popcorn and the actual smoke detector is on the ceiling where it should be. And about the 2nd exit, 90% of the efficients or studio apartments don’t have the room for a 2nd exit but that’s okay you probably weren’t aware of that. Either way I appreciate the feedback and once again I’m sorry about the ice cream in the freezer being left, that was unacceptable but the threats were a little too much sir. Have a blessed day!

Very sad to see that trying to help you out wasn’t enough but that’s okay! Is not my fault you didn’t follow the instructions and is not okay to just show up whenever you want to knowing that the check in is 6 hours after, you showed up at almost 11am when the check in is after 4pm, I tried to explain to you it wasn’t okay because there are rules that need to be followed and you simply went ahead and told me you were tired, I was very responsive and did not take more than 5 mins to answer anything you would say to me and even after your mistakes I left you a good review because there’s no point in saying bad things about someone or something, oh and no point in lying in the review you didn’t just “ask” how to get in you wanted to get in and leave things inside even though those are not the rules!!!! Never had a problem with any guest and I always accept feedback but being “dissatisfied” after not following not 1 instruction or rule and me allowing that so you could have a good stay is very disappointing. But I appreciate your review, and you should try to follow instructions next time!
