Villa Huisman: Perfect for Family vacations

This is a 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi (Spa/Pool may be heated for an additional $35 per day) that is located at the south- west side of the villa. This Van Der Valk Vacation Home comes with a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for families with children, Golfers, bicyclists and sun lovers.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
You can park your car in the garage or on the drive way.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Jacuzzi can be heated daily, pool heating is 2 night minimum.

BBQ-Grill rental is available thru Property Management Office for $50 per stay.
Spa/Pool may be heated for an additional $35 per day.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
