Brookehaven Bungalow. Minutes from WVU, Hiking, & Cheat Lake!

Welcome to the Brookhaven Bungalow! When you stay with us, you will be just minutes off of I-68. Close enough for you to enjoy all the perks of the town but none of the traffic woes by the university. Whether in town for the big WVU game, visiting for work, or just passing though, we're happy to share our home with you!
The space
Available is the bedroom, office, bathroom, living room, kitchen, basement and laundry room. There is a queen sized bed in the bed room, and a futon bed in the office that folds down into a full sized bed. The Basement has a queen sized bed and fold down couch bed (full size bed). The kitchen is fully equipped along with a gas grill on the covered back porch as well. The laundry room is downstairs in the finished basement. In the basement guests will find a projector screen with a FireTV stick for movie and sports viewing! Guests will also find a bar and mini fridge in the basement! House can comfortably sleep 4-6 people. Don't forget to check out the sunset on the front porch every night!

PETS are allowed, however there is an additional $50 cleaning fee associated due to pet hair, odors etc. This is so the cleaners may adequately prepare the house for the next guest that may have allergies.
Other things to note
The driveway has a somewhat steep grade so please watch your step! Main Entry for guests is on the front porch up the stairs.

In the basement guests will find a bar with mini fridge available for use! Additionally, there is a movie screen and projector in the basement as well! A FireTV Stick is provided for sports and movie viewing!

The laundry room is in the basement through the door to the left at the bottom of the stairs.
