Newly Remodeled Beach Home close to shops, restaurants, boating, fishing & golf!

Formally known as "Vintage View". Recently purchased and renovated oceanfront home! Filled with all the amenities to make your stay wonderful and relaxing!

Enjoy your morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic ocean, or step down from the back porch to take a walk on the soft sand or go fishing / surfing in the waves. Watch the sunset from the front porch looking over the Guana Preserve.

Kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy cooking. Brand new knives, pots and pans and cookware/bakeware, blender, toaster, crockpot and more. Basic cooking spices have been provided but cannot be guaranteed.

5 bedrooms comfortably fit 14 guests (plus 2 infants with provided pack n plays), and there is plenty of entertainment space and outdoor seating. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, glass of wine by outdoor fire table, or bbq that sizzling steak on the grill. Let the kids enjoy time in the converted garage / game room that has AC/Heat with pool table, shuffle board, games and more! There is also an outdoor shuffle board area and cornhole. In the back shed, there are sand toys, beach chairs, outdoor games and more.

Downtown St.Augustine is only 15 minutes away and has so many fun attractions for the entire family. Several great restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and many of the hot spots of Ponte Vedra located within a 20 minute scenic drive alongside the ocean. 5 vehicles can safely fit in driveway.

This was the best house we’ve ever stayed. Host is great to deal with, and very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommended and would definitely love to go back.

Beautiful stay

My family had a small reunion here at this beautiful house and had an amazing weekend. Great location walking right out to the beach, St. Augustine and shopping was a short drive away, and the house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our weekend, the beach, and the sunrises. It’s a great place and the owner was super helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Highly recommended!

All you ask for and more!

Had an amazing trip! All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything else you would ever need is there. Kids and adults loved the play room. Adults loved the porch to watch the kids in the yard and sunrise with a cup of coffee.Even got to see a Sea Turtle lay eggs and watch a nest of Sea Turtles be born and make their way to the water. The circle of life. God's blessings!

Retreat and rest for the soul!

This place was absolutely perfect! Part of me doesn’t even want to leave a review because I’d love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that just wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful owners. The house is truly a dollhouse, filled with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything very clean, and the hot tub was such a treat. We especially loved relaxing on the covered porch, watching the waves roll in from the shade. And the location right on the beach with such an easy walk made it all even more amazing. We will definitely be back for another stay at this lovely home.

Perfect beach retreat

We have stayed here before Sarah became the new owner. They have done an amazing job remodeling and so many nice upgrades. The house has all you need. The views are amazing and you walk out the back door right to the beach. Communication was so easy with Sarah. We will definitely book again.

We loved our stay here. By far the most stocked Vrbo I’ve stayed at. Super comfy and Sarah was great to work with in accommodating my 40th birthday party. Highly recommend this property and would happily return.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had 12 female adults for a long weekend and could not have asked for a better home if we tried! The turf area was perfect for our private yoga session. Sarah was the most communicative host I have ever worked with. She has thought of everything for her house. You can tell it’s not just a flipped house for rentals but truly a home curated in a way to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. Great house for kids as well! Several from our group plan on booking again for their families. Pictures do not do this place justice! It exceeds “picture perfect”.

Florida Family Stay

A great beach house - very well appointed - very good beds, quality linens and towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Very beautifully decorated with sweeping beach view upstairs. Generous covered porch upstairs with table and comfortable lounge seating. VERY easy and direct beach access. All the beach apparatus you could need. The beach in this spot is particularly nice - wide and flat. In our case it was four adults and worked perfect for that - one of the extra bedrooms made a great office. Would be perfect place to stay for two families with kids who can sleep downstairs on their own.

Friends weekend

Spent the weekend with 7 friends from college I’ve known since the mid 1990’s. This house had everything we needed to relax, share stories, laugh and have fun. Thank you, Sarah, for providing all the little stuff that saves a quick trip to the store as soon as you arrive. The weather was beautiful and the back patio morning coffee watching the sun rise was icing on the cake.

Amazing. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I hosted our intimate wedding here and everything was amazing. The house is super clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need, including games and beds/highchairs for a little one. The location of the house is perfect for watching the sunrise and close to downtown Saint Augustine. Sarah was quick with responses and even left us a thoughtful gift for our wedding the day we arrived. We are local to Saint Augustine but will definitely be back to stay any time we could use a little staycation.

Wow!

If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting St. Augustine, stop searching and book this place now! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-17) and this place was great for everyone. The house was super clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for the week. We would not hesitate on staying here again! Sarah was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had! You won’t regret staying here.

We have been staying in PVB for 14 years for our yearly family vacation. This house is our new favorite and everyone loved it! Well done with recent renovations and the back yard space is truly one of a kind. Sarah is great to work with and we had no problems whatsoever from check-in to check-out. Great experience all the way around.

Fantastic Property

Our stay was so enjoyable! The house was perfect for us. Accommodated us nicely. Roomy living area. Well stocked kitchen. Plentiful bath and beach linens. Labeling on wall switches was great!! Bedroom furnishing configurations served us well! Fun in the game room! Love the location of the house! Felt as though we had our own private beach! Only suggestion: Provide mirrors in one queen and full bedrooms...maybe on back of closet doors. Would love to stay there again!!

Oceanfront Gem

We could not ask for a better beach house. Sarah responds quickly and helps with anything you might need. The house is perfect for all ages. My older kids were out surfing all day and our baby could play in the house and yard and nobody missed anything. Tons of games for nighttime fun and get up early to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the porch. We will be back again!

Best house on vilano beach for families

The pictures don't do this house justice. The house is beautifully decorated and much larger than the pictures make it seem. We walked in and our jaws hit the floor. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'd ever need. I saw dolphins everyday while washing dishes. The double washer/dryer made keeping towels fresh and clean an easy task. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are stocked with linens and lovely smelling soap/ shampoo which was very convenient. The living area has very comfortable seating and a great tv. The porch was a great place to have family dinners or to sip coffee while watching the sun rise. The house is fully stocked for traveling with little ones. They had 3 pack n plays, a high chair, baby gate, and even toys for babies. They also had board games, books, and other toys for young and old alike, not to mention the entire game room on the first floor with a pool table and arcade games. They had plenty of beach toys as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats, sand buckets, shovels, etc. are all there ready to be used. The hot tub was a luxury especially on cooler evenings or after long swims in the ocean. This house was a family vacation dream come true. There wasn't a missing detail in the whole house. You will not be disappointed staying here for your next vacation. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful family trip

The house was better than I anticipated. From communication with Sarah, to the location, the beach, the beds, the house…all were above and beyond what was expected. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The house gave us room to cook and eat together and hang out but was also set up in a way that allowed folks to have private time. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Even hurricane Debby gave us a show of waves and rain! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach. We really appreciated the double washer and dryer sets. We did a load or 2 every day. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Florida.

Just perfect!

This house is a gem. So many beds which are so comfortable! The house decor is so cute… we were reverse googling images just so we could buy some of the same! The beach is so beautiful, view from the porch is priceless, and the waves so big. You can even hear them when falling asleep. The house/kitchen is packed with everything you would ever need. Extra fridge in the game room downstairs is so key! Beach chairs etc were in great condition! So close to St. Augustine and supermarket just 10 minutes away. Alligator farm was great for kids and marineland to swim with dolphins was driveable as well! So many wonderful memories were made! Sarah, the host is amazing as well! Very quick and efficient responses when needed. One note… the grill is a bit weak and it took a lot longer to grill food than expected, so take note when planning meals.

Christmas Blessing

It was truly a blessing to be able to stay in such a beautiful beach house for the week between Christmas and New Year's. I am always a little hesitant when I book places to stay for my family. You never know what you are going to get. This beach house did not disappoint at all. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect as we spent a lot of time in downtown St. Augustine. Although the traffic was bad at times due to many visitors to the area, the house is located far enough outside of the downtown to avoid most of it. We had 10 people in our group, and we all had plenty of space where we did not feel it was crowded. The home was spotless and almost everything was new. I reached out to the owner a couple of times for minor issues. She responded quickly and took care of them immediately. We enjoyed being close to the beach, even though it was a little chilly. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Having the extra refrigerator in the game room was a necessity. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. We spent a lot of time watching football on the large-screen TV in the living room. We all had a wonderful time and would love to stay in this house again. If you book this home, you will not be disappointed!

One word....Perfection!

We can't say enough about this property! If you are looking for the perfect beach property, look no further...you just found it! My husband and I were looking for a beach house to accommodate our family for our wedding. We'd never used VRBO before, and not being from the area, we were alittle skeptical at first. Since we also would be hosting a family dinner for 20 (vs a reception), we had questions about approved events as many properties did not allow these. From the moment we started looking into this beach house, Sarah (the owner) was incredibly responsive! She answered any questions we had to make sure this was the perfect property for our family. Our event was approved, she stayed in constant communication with us during the booking process, and during our stay. They even had a wedding gift hand delivered to the house on our special day....a sweet detail that meant the world to us! Although we had the max amount of guest staying on the property (14), we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was more than enough space for everyone, the kitchen was huge and open, living room and dining room were spacious to allow our entire family to spend time together, patios were large, entire house overlooked the ocean, and rooms were very spacious. Bottom floor rooms all had double queen beds, and 2 private bedrooms upstairs. Beach is pretty private as well (I think we seen only 1 other person on the beach)....perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony! 5 Stars!!!

We are an family of 5 who currently live in California with two boys (age 10 & 7) and a little girl (age 4). We all love being outdoors and creating new memories together with family and friends. We purchased this home as a way to bring everyone and everything we love together in once easy location. We hope that you can do the same!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this area because we have family who live in Ponte Vedra which is located just a short 20 minute drive north. We can easily visit them when we are in town as well as tour around St. Augustine shops and restaurants. My boys LOVE to fish, so when they aren't throwing their line in off the beach, we can easily rent a boat at the local marina and have a day out on the water.
