Leela House & Garden Cottage - Great Ocean and Sunset Views

Leela and Cottage is a stylish traditional property with a nice swimming pool and large wrap round balconies. Consisting of 4 double bedrooms in the main house and a further bedroom in Garden Cottage allowing for a further 2 guests, giving 10 in total. The cottage is ideal for a little bit of privacy from the main house and is also stylish and comfortable in design. All bedrooms have access to en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning with 3 bedrooms also having balconies. The main house is open plan downstairs with all the main rooms open up to the outside with folding French style doors giving an airy inside / outside feeling to the property. The swimming pool is connected to a large terrace which is ideal for outside dining and relaxing with barbeque, sun lounger hammock and swing chair facilities available. Leela is a secure property with double electric gates for access and a drive way for secure onsite parking. Within a short walk, bars, restaurants and shops can be visited at the Rodney Bay Yachting Marina, where very often super yachts can be viewed. For a longer walk or short car ride there are sandy beaches, more shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Leela is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours and other holiday rental properties. From Leela and the cottage there are constant ever changing views all day long and easily viewed from the garden and the balconies with further great city lights views at night. The gardens are nurtured with many different plant types which attracts hummingbirds and other native birds. During your stay housekeeper is available once a week.
