Cozy 1+ Bedroom Haven with Charm and is a block from downtown!

A comfy, light and airy apartment within walking distance to our Historic Downtown and The Ramsdell Theater! You will be only a mile and a half to Lake Michigan's Beaches and Manistee's Big and Little Rivers. Enjoy walking the Riverwalk that stretches along the Downtown River Chanel and out to Lake Michigan to watch the gorgeous sunsets and star gazing! There is a massage therapist on the first floor, so especially when you arrive and are in the stairway, please be mindful of noise so we can be considerate of each other. We will place a sign so you are aware if a massage is taking place. Thank you so much! We really appreciate it!

Clean Apartment in a Great Location

Enjoyed staying in this quiet, bright, beautiful apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. It is near to town and the beach but away from the busyness of being too near the beach and lake.

Wonderful place! The apartment was cozy, very clean, well equipped. The shower was great, the beds were comfortable too. 4 adults stayed and it was just exactly what we needed. Walking distance to the river walk and short drive to 5th ave beach, onekama.

Cutest little getaway spot! Clean and all the items you could need. Really enjoyed our time here and would visit this sweet little place again. The shower was awesome and the whole place had great style!

Three of us stayed at this adorable pristine loft. Everything you need is there. Lovely decor, new, fresh and perfect for four. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants we would highly recommend this place hosted by Monica.

Perfect for small family

The unit was perfect for our weekend. Newly remodeled, clean and lots of little extras. Close to the main downtown street where we enjoyed food, drinks and sunsets.

Great location close to downtown

We’ve been going to the Victorian Sleighbell parade for over 28 years and this was a great location to walk downtown to enjoy the weekend. The apartment was very cozy and lots of light and the parking was good! Monica was very accommodating, which always makes the stay that much nicer!

Loved it!

I was amazed at how clean this place was! Very well laid out space and very well stocked. The Host was accommodating and friendly. You are able to walk to any spot downtown for shopping and meals, it is the perfect location.

We came because we wanted to go to Ludington and visit all the shops. That was a letdown. We enjoyed shopping in Manistee more.

Clean and convenient

Nicely updated unit. Very bright and clean. Close to very thing. Conveniently located a block from downtown shops and dining but in a quiet part of town. Short walk/drive to amazing beaches. Host was very kind and accommodating. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect Three-Day Weekend

This was my second stay at Monica's apartment in Manistee, but I have visited Manistee multiple times; Monica's apartment does not disappoint. Plus, Monica is easy to communicate with. The photographs of the apartment are accurate and has everything I need for a comfortable stay; moreover, it is clean and stylish. Also, the shower at the apartment is great! In addition, the apartment is located so close to everything, so I am able to walk to places I want to go in town. Parking is not an issue since the apartment has its own parking area. I cannot wait to return to Manistee and stay at Monica's apartment again.

Perfect Stay

This was my first stay at this apartment in Manistee, but I have visited Manistee multiple times; Monica's apartment did not disappoint. Plus, Monica was easy to communicate with. The photographs of the apartment are accurate. In addition, the apartment is located so close to everything that my husband and I were able to walk to places we wanted to go in town. Parking was not an issue since the apartment has its own parking area. The apartment itself had everything I needed; moreover, it was clean and stylish. I cannot wait to return to Manistee in October and stay at Monica's apartment again.

I love outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, beach walks, paddleboarding and motorcycling! I have lived in Manistee and owned a business here for 30 years. I love seeing new people experience our little town and how they appreciate it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Coastal Haven is only a block and a half from downtown where you can enjoy food, grab a movie, shop and walk the Riverwalk to Lake Michigan! This area is great for all water sports! Lake Michigan 1st Street Beach is only 1.3 miles away. The rivers are close for kayaking, canoeing and fishing and there are hiking and biking trails nearby!
