The house was very nice and i had everything i needed to cook with. I went and bought stuff but since it was there i used it and left mine. The washer and dryer was on point and the shampoo and conditioner was a great touch. The stores were not far or the food places. Overall the house was absolutely nice. If they will have me i would stay there again.

Nice little house

Great communication with the host. We were in town for a wedding. House was very clean and had all of the basics you’d expect from a VRBO. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend shower mats for stepping out of the tub and a full length mirror. Thank you!

Just what we needed!

We came into town for a wedding, stayed over night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Ms Alyssa, was extremely fast and helpful with responses to questions. Will definitely use again if the need should arise in the future!!

Wonderful home in Joplin

The home was clean. Easy to maintain. VERY comfortable beds and the just the right thing we needed for our stay in Joplin. Owners responded quickly to any questions/ concerns we had during our stay. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future stays in the area.

We were just traveling through but had driven 11 hours in the rain. We went bed early and found the best like cozy nests. Wonderfully restful!

Just wanted to let you know that the TV in the living room was so loud and we could not figure out how to turn it down. I even googled it and couldn't get it to turn down. The TV in the bedroom on the right wouldn't turn off, it kept turning on and off on its own, you couldn't watch it, I finally had to unplug it. The fire alarm in the other bedroom started chirping in the middle of the night, we had to take the battery out of it to get it to stop.

A perfect, cozy home away from home!

We had an excellent experience at this cozy house in Joplin. From our first communication with the hosts, we were impressed by prompt and thorough responses and very well organized check-in information and check out instructions. This is a well-organized and well thought-out experience. We appreciated the little things like the code to the door being our last four digits of our phone number to a binder filled with information, wifi codes, instructions and recommendations for places to visit or eat around town. The house was super clean, well-equipped, and the beds were very comfy! The neighborhood was quiet and well-lit, and we appreciated the off-street parking. We enjoyed the two full bathrooms with loads of clean towels as well! The host was so kind and helpful, and even messaged us that we'd be welcome to check in a little early that day. I have stayed at many vrbo's in my travels, and this one is top-notch - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Girls Trip to Joplin

This property would have received all 5 star ratings but 4 stars for accuracy of the listing is because when I booked the property, hot tub was listed as an amenity. Upon arrival my friend & I easily gained access to the property, chose our rooms,then looked for the hot tub. It was late & we were really hoping to have a soak before going to bed. There was no hot tub. We were disappointed, but no worries. The next morning we decided to go for breakfast. We unfortunately locked ourselves out of the house. I immediately contacted the host, Alyssa, & she very quickly returned my text. She had me call & walked me through the process of gaining access back into the property. She was very sweet & gracious, & so helpful. I mentioned to her that the online listing had hot tub listed as an amenity & as she knew there wasn’t a hot tub, but I just wanted her to know what the listing said. (hoping to save her from a future “Karen”) She immediately asked if there was anything she could do to make it better. I appreciated her asking, but that was not what I was after. I just wanted to help her out by mentioning it. I checked the listing later that day & she had already corrected the mistake. The property itself was amazing. Beds were so comfortable & two bathrooms was a + with two women getting ready at the same time. We so enjoyed our girls trip. Property & host were A+! If we stay here again I’m sure to give 5 stars across the board.

Place is nice and clean. If your a smoker you might think twice about staying here. You have to smoke out in the street or get fined.

Clean but no heat

We were at event after checking in. Came back after 10pm to a 63 degree setting on heat. Probably could have been corrected as it had remote correction but went to bed w blankets but needed to be on road this morning.

All the comforts of home

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with our overnight stay. The home was very well cared for inside and out. Inside the home was very clean, well decorated and supplied with a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom items. Even though we did not use the kitchen it had everything you would need to fix meals. Alyssa was very helpful, and answered all my questions very promptly. My husband and I would definitely use her properties again if we travel to Joplin.
