Great little house in great location within walking distance of Main Street. Easy parking and accessibility. Plan to stay there again and would highly recommend. Great experience.
My stay at the Tiny House was excellent! Nice place in the heart of PC. Short walk to downtown and the ski lift. Owner was very responsive. Hope to be back soon!!
This Victorian mountain home was very cute and cozy. It is a little small but this was expected from the listed descriptions. Location is nice; close within walking distance to the Park City mountain resort slopes.
My 16-year-old son and I stayed here for 6 nights to ski at PC. The location was greatâa 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 12 to 20-minute walk to Main Street (depending on which end of Main Street you were heading). The unit was well stocked, well maintained, and prepared with some nice, small details. The hosts were very responsive to the couple questions I had. I would note that the unit is small, and while it has two queen beds, it would be tight for four adults. It was acceptable for two adults and may work for a family with two younger children. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
We booked this property last minute. We stayed over Thanksgiving. The property exceeded our expectations. We had no issues or concerns with the property and it was very clean! The location was great, a short drive to Main Street and very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Just a note: if you plan to be in Park City on Thanksgiving day, there are very few places to eat dinner so plan accordingly.
Comfy and just right for our family of three. Parents were in lower level bedroom and teen daughter upstairs. Two separate full bathrooms were great. Was wonderful and appointed very well.
Although the location was very good for us we ran into many issues at upon entering and during our stay at this property. When we arrived the place was 110 degrees inside. And the heat was on 88. We were unable to use the upstairs bedroom and bathroom due to the extreme heat. There were also dead bugs and spider webs throughout the property. Me and my daughter had to clean the bathrooms. It was obvious no one had prepared for our arrival. It was dangerously hot for us to stay let alone get ready for black tie events for our family gatherings. We needed to use other places to get ready for the first two days. We requested an ac unit which should have been installed prior to our arrival given the forecast. The I it was not installed until late afternoon the second day and was not able to fill our place down until day 3 of our stay. I have never experienced such a terrible stay and lack on the owner and management place if any and I have rented many places. I requested a refund and was given a very small and insulting amount given the experience and how much we paid for our stay. My daughter traveled across the country and spent lots of money to get to PC and me from Denver. I will never stay at one of this owners places again. Even after corresponding to the small refund he has ghosted me as if we didnât even matter. I was very fair in asking for a two day refund and some of the service fee given the place was dirty upon our arrival and too hot to safely be there.
We loved the place. Clean nice modern decor. The walk to restaurants on Main Street is more like 20 min up hill. A lift or Uber is less than $20 so no big deal for us for might want to make sure others who are not up for that aware. Also, there is no AC and it was quite warm this week 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Suggest getting air or at least a bunch of fans.
We booked last minute for a couple of nights. Super cool place. Excellent location 10 minute walk from Park Ave. In the middle of everything. Easy access. If you have a vehicle, you might be asked to move the vehicle temporarily while they remove the snow.
Great location. Walk to town and lifts. Tiny house but cute and clean. WiFi and streaming on big screen tv. Everything works in kitchen and bath. Would def book again.
