Radiant Historic Downtown Home I Lots of Light I Covered Parking
Step into a piece of Albuquerqueâs historyâthis charming apartment is a perfect blend of vintage character and modern amenities, offering a cozy and intimate retreat in the heart of the city. A safe walk to everything.
Accommodations were good for a one night stay. No place to relax other than the bed and a 1.5 leather chair so we ended up going to bed early for our 3 day trip home. Set up is cute in a downtown neighborhood. Good recommendations for dinner from host. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small and was kind of tight for my 6â5 husband. Would stay here again for a night.
Beautiful comfortable property that matched online listing. Host very responsive. Great location to Old Town Albuquerque, Zoo, Museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Avoid this property at all costs! This is a complete and total bait and switch... and a rare discredit to the vrbo community! See the lovely photo of the backyard? Sorry, this backyard is NOT ACCESSIBLE from this unit! We cancelled after one night and they still charged us 480!
The decore and coziness was thoughtful and cohesive. Enjoyed the amenities such as plenty of blankets, filtered water, clean white towels, a coffee bar, and instructions for working some of the in house electronics. The only drawback is that mosquitoes sneak in and bite you. A bug fan up high might help with controlling this issue. Other than that it was a quaint, impressive, minimalist stay that I would definitely rent again if I return to the area.
My daughter and I stayed only one night during our cross country drive in this lovely space in a renovated historic home. The owners were accommodating with off street parking under the porte cochere and easy key pad access. We did not get to enjoy the backyard patio but it looked fabulous. The space is clean, nicely renovated and cute and bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided which was a nice touch!
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment while in town for the Balloon Festival. The location is lovely and quiet, and we walked to Old Town one day (about 15 minute walk) and enjoyed the galleries, live music, and restaurants. The balloon festival was only a 20 minute drive. The apartment looked newly remodeled and so lovely with modern appliances and finishes, and a very comfortable bed. The place was extremely clean and everything is provided you would need. We highly recommend!
Very beautifully kept and decorated. Easily located, and clean. Just be aware that the bed is a firm memory foam . Just a bit to firm for our old bones! đ
While we strive to create the perfect stay, we are first time hosts and would love helpful recommendations! We live in the attached unit and are usually available for any issues that may arise. We typically keep to ourselves but we go out of our way to make every stay special and unique!
Take in the moment and create lasting memories during your stay. We highly recommend walking the neighborhood and enjoying the unique architecture and beautiful scenery (especially for early risers!).
This historically protected, meticulously handcrafted home was built in 1936, in the core of the 4th Ward. The neighborhood it resides in is known for its beautiful architecture and its safe tranquil walkability. Full of character, this space has original hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and an original cast iron radiator (non operable).
