The master bedroom boasts a tempur-pedic king size bed with premium linens and an en-suite bathroom with large tub and full size walk in shower. Sink in to the plush Kreiss sofa and relax with a glass of wine and a good book or movie in the gorgeous living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range and with all the culinary necessities you would ever need and then some. The guest bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed and is decorated with a southwestern flare. The condo has brand new flooring in the living room and bedrooms, in unit washer/dryer and secure underground parking.

The resort style community has many amenities including three pools and hot tubs, grills, two gyms, steam rooms, yoga studio, community spaces with big screen TVs, an office center, billiards, lending library and fire pits.

Minutes from high end shopping and world class golf courses, easy access to the 101 loop, just blocks to the Mayo Clinic, and set in a stunning desert landscape this is a prime Arizona location. 

This is our part time residence and filled with lush high end furnishings and all of the comforts of home that you could need.

The unit is open for renters beginning October 15th for a minimum 6 month stay.
