The chef’s kitchen is a dream complete with a gas range, 2 Viking ovens, top quality appliances, island seating and granite countertops. The large, walnut dining table comfortably seats 10 under the expansive cathedral ceiling and opens into the living. Just off the great room is a deck overlooking the water, as well as a cozy screened in porch with a working fireplace and gorgeous Adirondack antler chandelier.



Venture upstairs on the rustic log staircase where you will find a loft-style office with sitting area and the Lakeview master suite. From the mission-style king bed you have inspiring views of Lake Placid with Whiteface Mountain and the Sentinel range looming beyond. The huge en suite bathroom has a double sink, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, separate water closet and large walk-in closet.

Downstairs on the lake level, you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a media room, wet bar and a full laundry room. The Dancing Bears room has a king bed and flat screen TV with an en suite bathroom, across the hall is the Camp room which sleeps 4 on three twin beds one of which has a trundle.
Adjacent to the Camp Room is a full bath. The media room is a great place for kids and adults alike to lounge in the classic Adirondack hickory couches, play games and watch the 65″ TV. Out the backdoor of the Lake Level, there is a patio and small backyard. From there it’s just a hop, skip, and a jump to the Whiteface Club Beach and Gardens, marina and Moose Lodge restaurant.

Included in the booking is full access to the Whiteface Club & Resort – a country club on Lake Placid with a newly renovated 18-hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, a full-service marina (Seasonal, complete with kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and sailboats), 2 restaurants (one on the water, one on the golf course).
In the winter, enjoy the cross-country skiing or snowshoe facilities at the Nordic center and direct access to the historic jack rabbit trail.
