To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). Important to Know



•A refundable security deposit hold of $300 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.

•The yoga palapa is located just to the left of the studio, so please keep in mind that other guests may occasionally pass through the studio's outdoor area.

•The studio itself is single-level, with no stairs required inside. Please note, however, that there are 20 stairs up to the shared BBQ area and plunge pool deck, and 69 stairs up to the parking area.

•Mar Vista is an active development — occasional daytime construction noise may occur.
