This was our second time to stay here and we have loved everything about it! The house has plenty of room for all 15 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the icemaker was great. It is located on a quiet part of the lake and is very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a plus along with a big porch for our corn hole tournaments! The host is great and always responds quickly.

Great lake house right on the lake. Perfect layout for multi-family use. Large kitchen was a major asset. Pool was a nice bonus. Very quiet and secluded neighborhood. We'd stay again.

Weekend baseball trip

We stayed here for the weekend for a baseball tournament at Rocker B. The house was perfect and only 10 min from the ranch.

You will love this place!!

Love the place, it’s spacious and clean with a nice view to the lake. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect, its about 10 mins away from rocker b. The host was quick to answer any questions I had.

Perfect house

Stayed here over the weekend during a RockerB baseball tournament. It was amazing. Well stocked, perfect location, and lots of fun!

50th Birthday bash!

This was an amazing property to meet the need of our big friend group To celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday!! Cooking for this large group was so easy with the amazing kitchen and grill outside! We absolutely loved this place and look forward to staying here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Each summer I take my large family on a special vacation. This beautiful waterfront house checked all the boxes! The large house has separate bathrooms for each of the six bedrooms, the grand open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is fabulous for family activities, and the rear of the house is walled with windows over-looking the beautiful lake. An ice machine in the laundry was the cherry on the top! The pool is shaded most of the time and has a beach entrance especially enjoyed by toddlers. We spent much time on the two-story dock which has a platform for jumping, a rope swing for flying, and three porch swings for rocking and enjoying all the surrounding activities. My son hauled his pontoon for us to enjoy with knee-boarding, tubing, and sunset cruises. The two stand-up paddle boards were thoroughly enjoyed several times each day. Exploring nearby the small towns of Mineral Wells and Graham were both fun for us, as well!

PK in a good way

A very nice home with loads of room and great lake access. We have a large group so it's hard to find an accommodating place that checks all the boxes. This one did. The bedrooms go beyond normal with so many of them being suites. It is well maintained and remote enough to truly feel the "get-away". Michael was a great host too.

Family get together

The property is beautiful and accommodated our 12 family members easily. We very much enjoyed our time there. With a large family/dining/kitchen area, it worked perfectly for the vast age range of people in the group.

Rocker B Weekend

3 families for a baseball weekend. The house was super close to Rocker B ranch. The pictures are spot on with the property. The place was clean and well stocked to be able to cook and serve food. Bedrooms were all a great size with their own bathrooms. Communication was great for any questions or request we had. We cannot wait to come back for another weekend getaway.

Great house for a large group

The house layout was great, well stocked, well kept dock, beautiful view, plenty of seating for a large group in living room and fabulous large dinning table. Two extra large islands and spacious laundry room. Pool and hot tub a nice add -- but you pay extra to heat it. There were no closets available (with a rod) so couldn't hang things up -- that was weird but I let the manager know. The property manager was proactive, at check-in and very responsive. Overall, this is a great house that we will rent again. We loved that it was close to DFW but still had a touch of hill country feel. Thank you!

Best house we have ever rented!

The owners thought of everything a rental home needs to make it enjoyable and relaxing. Starting at the front door, the parking lot is huge and at least two cars at a time can load/unload with no steps into the door. All the rooms are oversized and have the most comfortable mattresses. Every room has its own large bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and huge. The appliances are all upgrades. We were so glad to find ice machine is in the laundry area. It was well used. The living room is huge and can accommodate 20 people. There is one bedroom upstairs and it has two queen beds. The room is huge. No windows was a plus for good sleeping. The views from the Main bedroom, the living room, and the 2nd king bedroom are amazing. Both of these king rooms have doors that open to the patio. The patio is fenced for safety. Safety gates separate the pool area from the patio area. The patio tv and grill were super nice. The property manager, Michael, came out within minutes to get the sound on the TV working. When he couldn't fix it, he had a TV repairman come out and fix it. The customer service was second to none! The double decker dock has 4 swings, a rope swing, and a platform that we used for jumping into the lake. There are also 3 paddleboards to use. Even the checkout process was the best. All we had to do was make sure the beds were left unmade so the housekeeper would know which ones needed changed. We didn't even have to take out trash! We plan to come back to this house!

Nice home on PK

What a nice place to spend time with family. We enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole boards and watching football on the big screen. There are plenty of comfortable beds for the entire crew.

Labor day

Great home with guest house, large yard and sandy beach. Ample parking and a quick walk to the boat ramp. House was well accommodated and a great layout. Would highly recommend. On the less busy end of pk.
