Great place and location!

This condo was perfect for our family of four with two young kids. The amenities were all there and we loved the quiet pool and close proximity to the beach. Beautiful view from the lanai. Added bonus were sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and cooler!

Perfection

We arrived on Sunday- the instructions from the property manager were clear, quick pick up and short drive to condo. The condo was immaculate, kitchen nicely equipped with pots, pans, knives, plates etc. coffee pot was essential and great to have a keurig. It is spacious- comfortable and well maintained. This was my 2nd visit to Sanibel and my husband’s first— we will be back. I would absolutely stay here again. Location was perfect, beach is great, pool was awesome!

Great location and everything you need!

The condo is gorgeous! Beautiful view of the ocean from the screened in verandah that has beach chairs, floats, beach toys, and even shell bags to use! Plenty of full sized bath towels, comfortable beds with nice sheets, and the kitchen is well stocked with every pot and utensil. you would need to make a full meal. The covered parking space kept our car cool during the hot days. The pool is small but was never crowded. We loved our stay!

Perfect location, very clean place. Even nicer in person. So much natural light and had every amenity we could want. Owner was awesome and communicative. Would highly recommend!

Owner is great!

Had a little challenge with some unscheduled work on the building next door. Workers started early! Owner quickly worked to resolve the issue. More than most would do. My comment is the owner was amazingly helpful and was very interested in making our stay as good as possible. A tip of the hat to Carrie for being such a great owner. We will be back soon!!!

Amazing stay!

This was my second time in Sanibel, but first time staying at the Sundial, or in a vacation rental. To put it simply, staying in this condo was a wonderful experience. The property is comfortable, clean, and safe. The kitchen is great with a full sized fridge, well stocked with appliances/dish ware and the washer/dryer made vacation life much more convenient! This was truly a home away from home. The location is incredible, just steps from the beach. Definitely would recommend. Also the property owner was very helpful ahead of time and responsive to messages. Thanks for a great stay!!

Spring break

We had a wonderful week for spring break. The owner of this property was very helpful providing liter about Sanibel Island and the area prior to our trip. The beach was easily accessible from our condo and we were always able to find chairs at the pool. A great vacation overall!!

Felt Like Home

Staying in this property was amazing with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and well appointed (kitchen was fully stocked for a home cook). There were beach toys for the kids, boogie boards and chairs for the beach. We had a great time, and will be back!

Large kitchen and beautiful lanai with great Gulf views. Proximity to beach and pool is absolutely perfect! Double thumbs up!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely condo with a spectacular location!

We enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks in this condo. Plenty of room for everyone. It's so convenient for little ones as it is a easy walk to the pool or beach. We enjoy cooking in and wished that the kitchen could have been better equipped. Many of the utensils need to be replaced. However, that was a very small disappointment . Overall the 2 weeks were amazing! Thank you for sharing your lovely property

Very nice condo/property

We really enjoyed our condo! The unit was spacious, clean and had a fantastic screened lanai! We looked forward to morning coffee on the lanai and loved the partial ocean view. Property owner was great to work with as was Royal Shell. Had an issue with black birds on the beach and especially at the pool. They would come in every afternoon and make quite a mess! Thus we never used the pool! The beach wasn't as clean as many we have visited so that was a tad disappointing!

Condo was amazing… clean, comfortable, great view, kitchen was well stocked, closet with beach chairs, shell bags, pool toys, owners thought of everything … less than a 2 min walk to beach… Baileys mini store was a plus.

Sanibel Nirvana

very well appointed and perfectly located in the Sundial compound, the condo is within a 2 minute walk to the beach, the Bailey mini store, and the Sundial Resort reception area. The balcony provided great oceanfront views. We found all appliances, temperature control system, and internet connections easy to operate and very responsive. It really was a care free, luxurious vacation for us!

Great Place

I loved our Sanibel Condo. It had almost everything needed. The only downside was having to pack a beach towel and when flying that takes up a good bit of your luggage. I understand why this has to be the case. Other than that the condo was great, it had everything needed, including beach chairs. It was clean, comfortable and updated. Hopefully we will return to this condo. Nita

Spacious condo, perfect beach location

This was our first visit to Sanibel and we could not have been more pleased. Location was as described, the beach just minutes from our front door. We had many amenities including a Keurig and did not lack for any kitchen utensils, extra bedding or towels. We had excellent shelling during our visit. Ahead of our visit the condo owner provided a great list of things to do and recommended places to eat. This was very helpful. We would highly recommend this unit and location for families with children, as well as adults, as the building was generally very quiet.
