Upon entering our home, you will see the open concept living room, kitchen, and dinning space with inviting modern decor. This space features plush seating, a large smart tv, operable gas fireplace, dinning table for 4, and a bar cart to whip up your favorite vacation drink. In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked good, or just a great cup of coffee.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three options;
1) King suite with king sized bed, smart tv, and full attached bathroom.
2) Our second King suite with king sized bed, smart tv, and full attached bathroom.
3) The Queen sized pull out bed in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you’re coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there’s something for everyone in your crew.

Getting Around:
Located right by the college campus! Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.

Other Things to Note:
★ No pets allowed.
★ Washer and dryer available for guest use!

House rules:
- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- No pets allowed.
- This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside.
- Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
