Superbe Casa Blanca vue sur la mer condondminium Unité CB 105

Vraiment charmant condominium de 2 chambres à coucher à Casa Blanca Resort. Une piscine étincelante est proche de votre patio. Les vues sur les terrains luxuriants montrent le sable et les vagues à proximité.

Meublé comme votre propre chef, le CB 105 est une propriété privée, et cela se voit dans le soin apporté par les propriétaires à la décoration. Un joli coin salon avec télévision et table à manger vous souhaite la bienvenue. La cuisine est grande et ergonomique pour préparer les repas. Bois riche avec des appareils noirs, avec beaucoup d'assiettes, ustensiles, vaisselle, casseroles et petits appareils.

La chambre principale est vraiment magnifique avec une tête de lit en bois massif et fer décoratif. Couette riche et une excellente vue à droite pour le lit king size. La suite est complétée par une salle de bains finement détaillée avec double vasque en granit et une douche à l'italienne en blocs de verre.

Chambre 2 accentue le lit queen avec un mur de palmier dimensionnel fabriqué à la main.

La table et les chaises du patio seront très utiles! le pont est bordé d'éléments de paysage, et notre vue comprend la piscine à proximité. Le salon et la chambre principale s'ouvrent sur ce patio. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de service Internet ou téléphonique ici.

No Wi-Fi =no tv Great location though!

The place was nice and the area is nice. Location to the pool is fantastic. Very hard with no Wi-Fi and no tv especially with kids.

Casa Blanco is a nice resort

Casa Blanco is a nice resort. If your looking for internet for the kids or just to communicate this is not the place No internet or tv. Me on the other hand was not there for the internet or tv but just to relax and fish. The Property is beautiful and well maintained and is still a work in progress.

Great Resort!!!

Overall, a Great location being feet from the pool. The only dislike is that I was in my room a bit and wanted to watch TV but there was no cable in any of the rooms. I'm still giving a 5 star but I think that should be a working amenity.

Great place to take a family!

The condo was adorable. Nice and clean. Quiet resort. Exactly as advertised. 3-5 minute EASY walk to the beach. The maid was so non-intrusive you’d hardly know she was there except for the fact you had extra papertowels and dish soap. The property is beautifully landscaped. The only bummer was the pools being a bit cold, but wouldn’t be a reason to deduct points. The owners had nice personal touches that made it feel more homey. The kids had a blast. Price is on point. Check in and out was super simple. We loved it here and would be happy to stay again!

Beautiful Clean Condo!

We just recently attended the Bike Rally in our motorcycles and stayed in this beautifully decorated condo. It is right by the security entrance, first floor which is very convenient. The view was spectacular. Makes you feel like your on vacation. Right by the pool. Beach within walking distance. My sheets were clean, which is a must. We didn’t use kitchen at all but well stocked with pots, utensils, plates, etc. if we needed to use it to cook. It was 2 couples that stayed there, but they have a sofa bed incase 2 more people wanted to stay. I will definitely be booking this condo again, but next time with my children. They’ll love that there is a pool right outside their door. Thank you owners for our wonderful stay and beautiful condo.

Overall nice stay, but upgrades are needed!

Pros: The property is nice, well kept & clean. There's 3 relaxing pools on the property. There's parking directly in front of each condo which was convenient. The beach is a short 10 min walk from the condo (for some it might be a workout going there & back). But you can drive your car right up to the sand & park for the day. As for the condo, when you walk inside, our first impression was "wow, this place is nice". It's spacious & gave us that feeling of being at home. The back patio leads out to one of the pools, which was a plus. The AC works great. There's 3 TV's with Netflix. The beds in both bedrooms are pretty comfortable, but it wouldn't hurt to have the master replaced. Cons: The condo must be older because all of the appliances are ancient & should have been replaced by now. For example, the dishwasher unfortunately made our dishes dirtier than they were before we put them in, so we ended up hand washing everything. The floors were not very clean so bring slippers. The kitchen is not well equipped (no salt/pepper, measuring cups, steak knives, or other expected necessities). The master bath toilet made a loud noise when we flushed. The bed sheets were rough. No blow dryers. The lighting in both bathrooms is pretty bad. The shower heads are old & rusted, so it's tough to rinse off. For CHECK-IN, Be sure to find out ahead of time where their office is located. It's not on the hotel property & is hard to find via google maps.

LOTS not working

Please READ before you book!!! - you will have to pay a $300 deposit upon arrival separate from your Vrbo charge. If you don’t have cash it will be $9 non-refundable to use a card. -you don’t get keys or wristbands on sight, you have to make a special trip to another inconvenient location - freezer broken, wouldn’t cool or make ice… we had to buy ice and it melted onto the kitchen floor because freezer wouldn’t stay cold - master toilet not working properly and VERY loud, couldn’t use it at night without waking up the entire unit and probably the unit upstairs too - coffee maker on last leg, takes a long time and very noisy. (Weird) - not stocked well, bring Everything. No plastic cups, broken/chipped coffee mugs, very limited cooking pots, no Tupperware or storage containers, no simple seasonings like salt and pepper - None of the TVs worked probably because they didn’t pay their cable bill AND NO WI-FI at all… so no streaming unless your data works. - NO hair dryer even though the listing says there is. We tried calling multiple times, maintenance came 2 hours after our next day appointment was scheduled. Then, day before last Maids came inside the unit without notice. And the only reason we knew was because they dropped off paper towels and toilet paper that we didn’t need… we had valuables out that we would have put away. This management company was disappointing to say the very least. We will NEVER rent from casago ever.

We enjoyed our vacation but will try somewhere else next time in Peñasco

Property was clean and check in was easy. Kids loved the options of 3 pools, putt putt golf, and we all enjoyed be an easy walk down to the beach. Could even back our truck to the sand to unload and then park. Very convenient. Can't brag about the food that's most close by in a couple of restaurants tucked into the surrounding condos, but service was not lacking. Best food we found was a 15 minute drive to Malecon or on Benito Juarez (birria at la Vaca chenta) SO GOOD!! The reason we won't stay again is because of our very challenging interactions while trying to get a clear answer on accommodating a guest for a day. And a miscommunication at checkout, where I was told to leave the keys in the room by the security gate (who was our consistent point of communication, we otherwise appreciated). Apparently you should not leave your keys in the room at checkout. Anyways, I was told 4 different things in person with 2 individuals, on the phone and through the web contact when trying to have my longtime friend who lives locally as a visitor. I asked how, and if we could accommodate and was told yes so made plans. When they arrived day of I was told they couldn't come. Then told to go pay for bracelets at the casa go office and they can be on property. Then said without bracelets they could only be at the beach, not using amenities. Then while on the beach we we're told again they couldn't be there. The place being relatively empty, I didn't see how this could hurt. Regardless, we won't be back because we'll try somewhere closer to the Malecon which we'll definitely visit again. And somewhere that can accommodate aftiends visit, if even only for a part of the day. I wouldn't have left a comment if not having observed multiple visitors bringing their dogs to the pool. Even showering a couple off, where signs were posted advising no pets allowed in or around the pool and walkways, and they weren't corrected the way we were. If you are prioritizing proximity to the beach and great pools the kids will love, this could be a fun stay. But if you want to be able to accommodate a friend and be close to the best food in the area, explore your options.

The overall property was amazing. My room, the front bathroom when you flushed it, it smelled like sewer in the room. There is no Wi-Fi or tv service. I felt a little uncomfortable about no Wi-Fi. But I did enjoy my time!

Our stay was amazing, our condo exceeded all expectations, except for the dryer was not working.

Great condo, great beach view, less than five minutes walk to the beach, smooth checking inn. 100% recommended! My family had a great time.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful! The grounds are kept very clean.

The unit was very nice, enjoyed the stay at Casa Blanca. It was very quiet. The positives are that the beds were pretty comfortable. The unit itself was clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Knowing now, I wouldn’t have chosen to rent this unit. There were so many others to choose from that would’ve worked for us. THERE IS NO INTERNET! Incredibly boring without the use of it AT ALL! Being from the states, you don’t know what no internet really means until you have none!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!! The dish TV offers 5 channels-meaning, nothing to watch. The controllers are extremely difficult to use. Little instruction left to operate. We guessed. The dishwasher doesn’t work, no dish soap to wash dishes and no dish towels at all, therefore difficult at best to eat off of anything. The RO Unit there doesn’t work even though there is a sticker on the fridge that states that there is clean water. There isn’t. Fortunately we brought plenty of water. Check in was never disclosed to me. I felt like an idiot. When we arrived, I went to the guard tower and asked and he told me I would have to go into town and find Casago. In his broken English he tried his best to direct. I google mapped it and to no avail. I only found it when he told me it was next to a Little Caesars. When we arrived they said they had sent an email, staying that it was never opened. I looked in current, junk and trash and couldn’t ever find it. This info should be in the description for the unit!!!!!!!!!!! Was very frustrated. Had to wear wrist bands the whole time on property. Saving grace....office staff at Casago were VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!!!

Casago Host???

If the host is casago please stay away. You have to go to an office in town to get key then all your guest have to get out of car to get bracelets put ok. They won’t give you the bracelets to put on your self. If you have children 13 or older they state you will be charged an additional charge per day per child. I was told that my condo had issues but the new unit was terrible. Walls were completely dirty and moldings were loose. Water heater was not on so when my guests went to take showers they only got cold water until we figured out they never turned on boiler. Casa Blanca offers golfing but condo did not have equipment available. Then we had to wake up and drive back to office in the city to return keys which was out of our way since we wanted to do more shopping. Beds were also very hard and could not sleep. I’ve been at other condo here at Casa Blanca and they are fully equipped but not this one CB 205 that we were moved to. Worse experience ever in the 10+ years we’ve been coming to rocky point.

The condo was comfortable and the environs offered plenty to do.

This was the first time we rented a VRBO so we were not familiar with some things. Being used to a motel and receiving fresh towels daily it was a surprise not to have fresh towels. Especially with the pool close by. We would choose to come back again but in the Spring or Fall as it was pretty cold with the wind blowing. I would suggest replacing the flatware, the grooves on the yellow handles were a little gross, we chose not to use them.

Wasn’t the best place to stay at

It looks nice in the pictures, but it wasn’t as nice once we got there, really need to replace with new sheets and pillows once a year at least we had to get new pillows because the pillows were so yellow and the sheets were dirty when we got there we stayed up till 2am washing our sheets, the couch needs to be replaced with a new one so many stains on it. Wish there was some WiFi at the resort, other than that it was just a basic condo I wouldn’t recommend staying here again, never had this issue at las Paloma’s, senoran suns, or las palmas.

Property was very Nice as was the apartment

When we arrived we had to stop at the gate and were told to go down the street to get the key and register - which was fine. I got the key and made a deposit and everyone had to get wristbands. Wristbands were a waste as no one ever checked them - probably more appropriate for summer months. The apartment was beautiful as was the weather for end of November. Everyone was friendly but it was hard to get the same answer twice about activities so we missed the sunset cruise - first told it was full- then told the couple we were with it wasn't going out. There was kayaking, wind-sailing, and mini golf available. The hot tubs were not heated nor was the pool. I think if they just chose a pool and hot tub on one property (as they are all next to one another) and heated it, that would have sufficed, but instead we were told they were broken. The apartment was advertised as having a gourmet kitchen so we brought food and I new we could get fresh seafood in town. The big disappointment was the kitchen was far from gourmet - it was full of pans that were the cheap Teflon and all scratched up. They were gross. Had I known it would not have been a big deal to bring pans. The only other annoyance was no dish soap or sponge or rag or anything - so the first night we were tired and used paper towels and the little packet of laundry detergent that was on the washing machine. With a small investment in pans or even a heads up this would have been a better rating. Overall - we agreed we would return when the weather is warmer.
