Family vacation

The property was clean. Plenty of linens. Great location. Small walk to beach. Pool is perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The extra suite off the main house is perfect for extra privacy. The upper deck is nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and hang out at night. Loved the stay. Neighborhood is quiet.

VERY GOOD

The home worked well with several families. It gave some separation. The location was good and allowed us to walk easily to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was broken the entire week but it was so hot that we never wanted to use it.

Great location, amenities, outdoor areas

We just finished a week here with a full house- 22 people, adults and teens. The house was in a perfect location. Short (7 minute tops) walk to the beach, walk to store and restaurants. The outdoor space was great and kids could kick a soccer ball, have a small volleyball game, and take a dip in the little pool. Also, we did a fire in the firepit one night. The deck upstairs had ample seating and the nightime lighting outside made it very fun. Having 2 kitchens was handy and the house was spacious. The little guest house is very little but absolutely adequate with a little kitchenette that included a full size fridge, big convection oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishware. We didn't really use those but I thought it was handy that it was there as needed. Also had it's own bathroom. Definitely recommend this house for your large group in Pensacola Beach!

The mother-in-law sweet's bed was awful and so many cockroaches. This might be normal for the area. Overall we were satisfied with the house, the inconveniences were pretty minor, but the cockroach situation may dissuade people. The house was clean and probably is just due for a visit from the exterminator. Knowing there is a crockpot would have been helpful, but we were told there was not.

2025 Summer Vacay Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been going to Pensacola every two years for ten years now. Each time we’ve had to change properties due to our growing family and needs. We tried this property because of its size and two kitchens/living areas. The location was perfect! Close to walk to shops, restaurants and main beach plus just around the corner from quieter beach area. The house was very clean and equipped well with towels and kitchen needs (pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc). The photos of property/rooms make the entire place seem bigger than it actually is, but it still works for a large group (we had 17). The pool is extremely small. The downstairs bedrooms were miserably hot to the point that we had to buy fans for each room. They are equipped with very small light fixture fans (that we could not get to work at first due to no batteries which they immediately brought to us, but no one knew how to work the remotes. We eventually figured them out after finding on ChatGPT.)Overall the property is well kept for an older one. Beware of walking barefoot on old deck due to multiple nails/screws rusting and sticking out. It served its purpose for our group, but we will be finding another property next trip.

Fun week in Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large party of 14 people. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our guests. There are two full kitchens, but neither was big enough for our whole party to eat and cook together. The downstairs kitchen is not laid out well, was very difficult to use, and didn’t have a lot of supplies. The upstairs kitchen had a much better layout and more supplies. We had a couple of problems during our stay, and the rental company was very responsive. But we had a couple of issues that they weren’t able to rectify. The hot tub didn’t work and was never fixed during the week we were there, which was very disappointing. There were very tall weeds in the backyard, and we asked for the weeds to be trimmed so that the little kids could play in the sand, but that was never done. The walk to the beach and restaurants was very easy, even for the older people in our group. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We happened to be there the week of the Blue Angels’ show and we saw multiple practices and full shows right from the back deck of the house. Really special! Overall, the house has enough sleeping areas for big groups, was clean, and is close to everything, but lacks nice finishes and a large space for everyone to gather.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for not being able to repair the hot tub during your stay. A part had to be ordered and it can take a while for those items to come in but someone should have relayed that information to you. We apologize for not responding to the grass in the backyard as well. On the beach we have protected areas that we aren't allowed to mow and I believe that is the case for this yard. But again, someone should have relayed that information to you. I will forward this to our Guest Services Manager to discuss with our staff. We hope this won't deter you from choosing to stay with us in the future. We really appreciate your business.

Areas for pets was fine. The kitchen was good, the stove downstairs is sort of a hazard. If you lean up against it, it hits the knob and turns on. We had to be very careful about making sure nothing was on the top. We didn’t realize the heated pool was a charge.. other than that it was very nice.
