•Please note that we're in Florida, so it's normal to see insects (bugs) from time to time even if Pet Control comes by. If you see any, I'll immediately fumigate and eliminate them. Seeing one will not entitle you to any type of refund.
✓🗑️GARBAGE: Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife, Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit to avoid unpleasant visits.
✓🚬SMOKERS adhere to accommodation areas (PATIO), please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house.
✓💃VISITOR: For security reasons, you are required to inform Us if you will have visitors during your stay.
Note: for long-term stays, we provide toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the first week only. After that, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. The long-stay discount is intended to help cover these additional expenses. Thank you for your understanding.

*The Mirror Light is scheduled from 6pm to 9pm in case you arrive late find light on the way
*The hammock is in Ottomans, please return it to the place after you use it. (to prevent it from getting wet)
*I leave a cooler in case if you go to the beach, use it
*I Leave a sweater in case you forget yours.
*I also left 2 pairs of sandals; I hope it is your size in case there
was no room in the suitcase.
