Came to town to go to YUM center for an event. Overnight trip only. Perfect location, very cute and clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. Walking diatance to downtown area. Worked very well for our needs!
We were in the area for a concert and needed something close to the venue. Tylerâs place was very convenient, cozy, and clean! The place was in a quiet neighborhood and fit four women perfectly fine. It had all of the things you could possibly need. The games and books were a nice touch! Tyler was very personable and quick with responses. I really appreciated that he checked in and helped with questions about the area. We WILL be booking again!
We couldnât have been happier with the small apartment. Perfect location for 2 people looking to enjoy the area for a few days. No complaints. Hopefully weâll visit again.
Great little place for a weekend or overnight stay! Communication was easy and responsive. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need. A quick walk to restaurants and coffee shops, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the riverside. Lots of resturants nearby. Information was provided in a timely manner, the manager/owner was readily available for any questions or concerns! Will definitely stay again, if we are back in the area.
Our annual trip to the AROTR festival was perfect including our stay at this cute cozy apartment. Very clean and comfy bed. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach. Walking distance to the park and restaurants and shopping
This stay was just a quick overnight last minute for Louisville area. We didnât need much more than a place to lay our heads. It served the purpose just fine.
My daughter and I stayed in this rental for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location. The owner/manager communicated check in and departure instructions in great detail. The location was amazingâŠ.. you literally walk out the door and a few steps your at the river and have several great restaurants within walking distance. We walked downtown Jeffersonville and had brunch and shopped the boutiques. We were there for basketball at the Kentucky expo and the drive was 14 minutes over..,not bad at all.
Adorable apartment. Itâs nice having coffee supplies. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The shower is small, about the size of a cruise ship shower. Only reason I couldnât give 5 stars was the noise. There was constant barking and whining of the two dogs that were in the other side of the unit. Fortunately they were only there our first night.
Clean, nice, Tyler very responsive, excellent location for walking into the Jefferson business district or across the river on the Big 4 Bridge. It is definitely cozy -- for two people who like each other, it's great, but no more than that, I'd recommend. It may sleep 4, but they better be very good friends.
Bed, pillows, and the comforter are excellent. Plenty of closet space and drawer space for a few days. TVs in both the main room and the bedroom. You park right outside the door on a very quiet side street. Shower's a little small, and watch your step getting out, but had plenty of hot water.
A few things to know, though:
1.This is located near one of the Ohio River bridges, so you will hear traffic noise. Never bothered us, but worth noting.
2. The HVAC is loud when it's on. Not in a "it's broken" way, it's just quite loud when the air is blowing. Perhaps there's a setting we missed, but it's loud enough that if you're watching TV in the living room, you'll have to up the volume. Check to see if there's a "low" setting we missed.
3. When you turn on the main bedroom light ... um, close your eyes first. The four bulbs are all very bright and very white. The side table lamps are much more sedate and easy on the eyes.
I didn't take off points for these because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I think most couples will as well. Would definitely stay again.
The place presents as pictured. Close to downtown Jeffersonville. Easy parking. Our only challenge was getting the TV in the living room to work- but we had no issues with the bedroom TV!
