★ The barnhouse is perfect for large group gatherings. There is also a full size futon and leather couch for additional sleeping space. There are 8 queen sized beds and 4 twin sized beds. 3 FULL bathrooms are in the barnhouse as well which include custom luxury stonework crafted by a local masonry expert

★ The OUTDOOR in-ground heated pool is available for guest use from Mid June to Mid September every year.

★ The INDOOR in-ground heated plunge pool is available for guest use YEAR-ROUND and also doubles as a swim spa and/or triple sized hot tub. Includes a regulation basketball hoop with pool basketballs, lounge chairs, a flamingo floatie, all next to the sauna room and shower area.

★ The indoor commercial double-level park/playground (in the party shed) is heated and cooled, and has 2 tube slides, a hexagon climbing dome, 3 tire swings, a rock climb wall, and monkey bars, all on rubber flooring and flows directly into the indoor pool room on the second level and the party shed amenities on the first level.

★ The 'party shed' is a 2500 sqft large shed structure across from the barnhouse, which includes a mini tiki bar, pool table, ping pong table, darts, plunge pool/sauna/shower, and the entire commercial indoor park. Half bathroom and kitchenette area is located on the first floor

★ The mini golf course has 9 holes and is located on the first floor of the barn, next to the lounge and arcade area. The arcade includes a SkeeBall machine, Ms Pac Man machine, NFL Blitz machine, PONG 2 seater machine, Marvel Themed Pinball machine, and a Wisconsin Badger 2 player Pop a Shot

★ The home theater includes a massive 100" flat screen smart TV with 12 comfy leather recliners for guest use

★ The home gym / workout room is located on the 2nd floor of the barn and includes a stationary bike, chin up / dip station, dumbbell set up to 25 lbs, workout bench, and workout bands

★ The bonfire pit, patio, pergola, grill, and outdoor dining space is located on the south side of the barn next to the slide coming off the deck

★ There are 3 dedicated home office / work stations in case you or anyone in your group is working remotely, or if anyone needs some space to pop open their laptops

★ There is a mid-size 8ft basketball hoop in the 3rd story bunk room with balls stored on the wall for guest use. The 'court' or shooting area is located in between the bunk beds

★ Most of the restored barnwood furniture was sourced from a local Amish carpenter about 45 minutes away. The end tables were sourced from whiskey/wine barrels from a custom wood shop in northwoods Wisconsin.
