*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $350 for all stays 30-59 nights and is included in the cost of your booking. Extension coverage will be invoiced separately at the rate of $130 for each additional 30 days. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two pets which is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, the host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced-in back yard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
