We always aim to provide a wonderful experience, and transparency is key to ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We would like to clarify a few points raised in a recent review to help future guests have the best experience at our property. Firstly, the pool and beach fees are clearly detailed in our house rules and access description, which are available for review prior to booking. We encourage all guests to carefully read these details to avoid any surprises during their stay. Secondly, in this particular case, we extended the checkout time as a courtesy due to a misunderstanding, and this was communicated clearly to the guest. The police were only involved due to a smoke alarm triggered by a barbecue, which is a safety measure we do not take lightly. This incident underscores the importance of clear communication, especially regarding the use of amenities like the barbecue. We also want to highlight that while the guest had initially indicated they would bring one dog, they brought two. We accommodated this without issue, but it’s important for all guests to adhere to the agreed-upon terms to maintain the quality of our property for everyone. Lastly, we kindly ask that guests respect our property by keeping it clean and adhering to our guidelines. Unfortunately, in this instance, the property was left in a condition below our expectations, including dog urine on the floor, which we had to address post-stay. We strive to give our guess the best experience
