This home is located in a very family friendly neighborhood in Altoona! Very close interstate 80 access for allowing quick and efficient travel. The home was recently remodeled and has a fresh and airy feel!

The home is a split level with bedrooms both up and down.

Upstairs area:
- Fully equipped kitchen ready to cook a feast!
- Spacious living room with smart TV and comfy sectional sofa (can sleep 1-2)
- Large dining table that can seat 6-7 people

- 3rd bedroom with queen bedroom and smart TV
- 4th bedroom with queen bedroom and smart TV
- Secondary bathroom with LARGE shower
- laundry room with free washer and dryer use

Outdoors:
- Off the kitchen is the deck with BBQ grill
- LARGE backyard - great for kids and dogs - FULLY FENCED IN!
- Fire pit relaxation area with hammock, zero gravity chairs and propane fire pit

The home is equipped with high speed wifi and a brand new AC/heating system!

**Note - the garage is not accessible to guests but the driveway is plenty long for parking!

Guests will access the property using a smart lock for quick and easy access. No worrying about keys! The personalized code will be sent the morning of your check in!

The home is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front door (facing the front yard) as well a camera at the back door (facing the back deck and yard) and one on the side of the house (facing the driveway) that monitors audio and video 24/7. This is solely for guests safety and we greatly respect the privacy of anyone who stays with us!

**Pet Policy**
Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.

$15 per guest per night after 6 guests
$150 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee)
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each

6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.

7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
