The rental was in perfect condition and had everything we needed.
Absolutely gorgeous location with stunning views all around. The hot tub was wonderful. A couple of suggestions would be to add a banister to the front steps, lower the bed in the master bedroom and change the western style bed in the lower level guest room. It was very difficult to get in and out of that bed. Also the hides used as curtains are unmovable and block so much of that amazing view, plus they stink a bit.... other than those items, we overwhelmingly enjoyed our stay at that cabin and would go back if the beds were changed. :)
The home is in a stunning location with views forever. It is right between the town of Crested Butte and the ski area. There is lots of hiking and skiing nearby. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The entire interior decoration is custom, including the beds. However, the bunkbeds were very awkward and uncomfortable. They would be fun for children, but not for adult adults. I would recommend replacing them with regular bedding. The theme of the interior decoration is hunting and trapping. There were antique guns and steel leg-hold traps on the walls as well as animal pelts. Depending on your perspective, this might be off-putting. Otherwise, the management was very responsive and had the very deep snow plowed and shoveled every day.
