To access the building, we give you a simple app access via email to go in-and-out as you please. You walk up the stairs to the elevators, and take the elevator to the top floor, the 8th floor.
When you exit the elevator, you turn left and then right down the hallway to your home. When you enter the home, it opens to an open, spacious home. There is a dining area, a kitchen, a living room, and a full size day bed. The private patio gives you a fresh feel and a cool cityscape view.
If you walk further into the space, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms + a den with queen size beds. There is also a very nice bathroom. This is truly a special place, and we look forward to making your stay a 5-star experience!
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: PARKING?
A: The home is very easy to get to via public transit. If you decide to drive, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking ($10-20 / night).
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare).
Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.
Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

A: No, this is two unit in their own private corridor on the penthouse floor of our building
You have full access to the home, the shared gym, balcony, and shared laundry.

Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
Minimum age of 25 to book
The base price for this home is for 8 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 8 people.
Small Pet Fee (Under 20lbs, no shedding) - $250
Large Pet Fee - (Over 20lbs) - $300 plus a $200 refundable security deposit and subject to host approval.
If the pet sheds, we will require an additional $200 refundable Security deposit.
Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
Smoking in Room/Common Area - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item
Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred
Noise Complaints Complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Unit or Common Area - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to the unit
Forgotten Personal Belongings - $75.00 minimum charge
If items are left behind and guest wants it mailed back, guest will be charged a $25 trip fee along with the shipping cost
No Unauthorized Late Check Out without notice from Host.
If our cleaners agree to early check-in / check out they charge us (per unit):
-Early check-Ins at 2pm $100

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)
