The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

- Initial Starter kit will be provided (paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer). Please note this is only a starter kit and you will be responsible for replenishing these items once they are gone for yourself.
- Kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker (keurig & drip coffee), etc
- Living and bedrooms each have Smart TV/Roku for streaming services.
- For small children we have a pack and play, a baby bath tub (please note both bathrooms in the home are stand-up showers only), and an ultra compact high chair.
- Alexa Echo DOT in kitchen.
- Bathroom has hair dryer.

Lovely home in Sarasota

Lovely clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed our stay with our little kitty here. This home was very convenient and a short drive over to Siesta Key to visit parents and siblings. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others as well. We enjoyed the porch and dining room area watching the parade of birds we spotted like: blue headed vireos, blue gray gnatcatcher, palm warblers, nanday parakeets, yellow throated warblers, morning doves, red bellied woodpeckers, house finches, northern mockingbirds, blue jays, northern cardinals, fish crows.... which was like the icing on the cake. Also, this place is close to a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants over at the Landings. And George was a great host.

Exceeded our expectations

What a perfect property! The kitchen has brand new appliances and was fully stocked, we never had to purchase cleaning or paper supplies. The bedrooms all with TV's,are bright with new unbelievably comfortable bedding. The lanai, large back yard with chaise lounges and a fire pit made us feel like we were at a resort. Our cat , being an indoor cat, loved the lanai,obserrvig nature 1st hand. My husband works from home and loved the separate work space with adjustable desk and moniter. Small to touches like a welcome basket and Alexa made us feel welcomed and appreciated. As for the host,George, you'd think his only job was to make sure we were comfortable! communications were easy and any problems and/or questions promptly addressed. located in a quiet residential area of South Sarasota, it's easy to get to beaches, shopping and attractions. We can't wait to return next season!

Clean, tidy, quiet neighborhood

George is the BEST host! Very responsive and polite, even dropped off wax paper so we could finish a craft before we left. Excellent response time to messages. We were in need of NOTHING at this house. Kitchen had everything listed and more! Air fryer, crock pot, blender, plus all the regular things you'd need. Beds were comfy and CLEAN. Plenty of towels! Pack and play and high chair weren't used by us but I can appreciate that they were provided. Beach items on hand included beach towels, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs... Everything you could want! The neighborhood was very quiet yet close to all the amenities we needed. The house is compact but perfect for a family. Our family of four had wonderful dinners each night in the dining room followed by family movie night in the living room. My favorite place in the house is the front screened in porch. I had coffee there each morning and watched the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again! Book now, you won't be disappointed!
