Ce charmant appartement du 18ème siècle a été entièrement refait et équipé en gardant le caractère et le charme de ses caractéristiques d'origine.

C'est vraiment dans le centre de 'Le Marais', la partie la plus centrale, historique et charmante de Paris. Courte promenade à Notre-Dame, magnifique Place des Vosges, romantique Seine et Saint Louis, Musée Picasso, Musée Carnaval, Bastille, etc. Et le Saint Germain (quartier Latin) est juste en face de la Seine.

2 min à pied de la station de métro Saint Paul, 20 min à pied du RER Les Halles.

Il est entouré de nombreux cafés branchés, restaurants, boutiques, boulangeries, pâtisseries. Plusieurs grands supermarchés et un joli parc à proximité, aussi.

Bien que dans une zone très animée du centre de Paris, l'appartement est magnifiquement calme et lumineux grâce à la cour qui vous offre de jolies vues sur le jardin depuis les fenêtres du salon, de la salle à manger et de la petite chambre.

Amazing location in Le Marais

We chose this property for its location in the heart of the old city of Paris, and for its parisienne charm - we were not disappointed. The hosts were wonderful, and the apartment was perfect for us, there was even a welcome basket of fruits and drinks for us. Highly recommend!

Great cozy apartment in Marais

Wonderful coy apartment in Marais, on a quiet street but close to everything you need; bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy, metro, bus lines and a cab stand! Charming older building with views of a nice courtyard and Parisian rooftops. Nice amount of space for three people, although the kitchen is quite small and, given the age of the building, there is not a lot of storage space. Overall, highly recommended!

Great location

Excellent communication and check in.Phone numbers provided for any issues.Property as advertised and in an excellent location. Mattresses were good. Shower water very good with no issues with hot water. Kitchen is small and meal prep may be tight but adequate plates,utensils, etc. Provided with 2 sets of keys. Would stay again. .

We had an excellent 5 day holiday in your Paris appartment. It was so easy to walk to the central historic areas and so close to a huge choice of restaurants and cafes. T he metro was very close and convenient for going further afield. Thank you!

Great apt in Paris

My family of 4 stayed in this charming apartment and loved it. It was quiet, clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The owner met us exactly at our planned time and reviewed all the key features of the apt with us. The location was convenient to great restaurants and the metro stop is only 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment if you're in Paris!

Quaint and beautiful

My family of four (2 teenagers, my wife and I) loved this beautiful apartment in Le Marais. Not only is the apartment beautiful, but the location was perfect. Natsumi and Mark were always prompt in replies and Mark was great getting us settled. Easy access to Metro, walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Neighborhood itself is unbelievably historic. Saint- Paul-Saint-Louis Church is right down the road, and we loved the variety of shops in the area. A Place des Vosges was around the corner, and it was nice to enjoy the trees. Overall, the area was amazing, and the apartment fit all our expectations and more.

Great location

Great location but really too small for 4 adults. Travelling with my 3 adult daughters so used fold away bed which meant we were tripping over each other, could not use the living room as a living room, and nowhere else to put bags etc. would be fine with one couple and two smaller kids or maybe at a pinch with two couples , though I wouldn't want to be in the second bedroom with a partner as nowhere to put bags. Main bedroom is good. Painter in stairwell whilst we were there so quite awkward negotiating stairs etc. Excellent location, would have liked a little more personal info re good restaurants, cafes etc nearby. Eg there is a nice bar exactly across the road! Info available was last updated over 6 years ago. Anna.

Location, location, location

Natsumi's apartment is a charming little oasis in the heart of Le Marais. It's spotlessly clean, and has big windows in each room that bring in lots of light. The living area is small, but it was perfectly comfortable for our party of three adults - although we did not lounge around or watch TV. We were out pretty much all day , and we would return very tired after dinner and basically just crash. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The neighborhood is beautiful. Just walk out the door in any direction and you will run into shops, cafes and gardens. Our favorite breakfast cafe was ironically called 'Le Favorite' around the corner from the apartment. Walking the city from Le Marais is easy, and the metro is just a block away. We were lucky to have perfect weather - no heat or air conditioning required. Just breezes through the open windows. Natsumi's place is hightly recommended.

Beautifully quiet gem in the heart of Paris

This is an ideal place to stay in Paris - exceptionally private and quiet, yet minutes from the cosmopolitan heart of this beautiful city. Light wooden floors and large windows; elegant furniture and fittings; very secure, with a safe; very comfortable bed; good-sized bathroom with excellent, powerful shower and bath; very efficient heating system. Kitchen small but perfectly adequate - we made lots of good meals, the Bastille & Aligre markets are minutes away; there is no oven... Natsumi is a wholly reliable and attentive owner/host, and you can trust what she says about the apartment and its condition. There are some nice little boutique hotels in this district - they are all priced well above this apartment, and offer half the space and none of the independence - why would you stay in one if you are here for more than a couple of nights? We come to Paris every year for 2/3 weeks, and have now stayed in 6 different apartments - this is the best of them. Alan & Sue (Dorset, UK)

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet with charm

The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed our brief stay. This is five star -- clean, accurately represented, extremely responsive owner, comfortable bed, and quiet location, yet the property might not be for everyone. The furnishings are shabby chic and "antique-like" pieces that aren't first with comfort but who spends a lot of time in the apartment? On the plus side, the kitchen is well-supplied, the bathroom fixtures are modernized and the bathroom is large with a window. The apartment is bright and the layout works nicely with a separate dining area right outside the kitchen. The apartment is two flights up and while many old buildings settle, the stairs are slanted and warped. and the dining room wood floor has a major slant. The building hallway could be better maintained but was passable. The apartment feels old which is part of the charm but more comfortable furniture would certainly make the place more cozy and cheery. Linens were plentiful and fresh. No issue with cleanliness. Would stay again.

Top locatie, dichtbij metro, leuke restaurants, leuk appartement

Goed geregeld. We waren eerder dan we hadden aangegeven en er werd van alles geprobeerd om ons eerder binnen te krijgen. Erg gastvrij. Leuk Parijs appartement op een erg goede locatie. Je kunt lopend naar de Notre dame en de metro zit op de hoek.

Contente dans l'ensemble.

L'appartement est très bien placé, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis étaient très sympas. Juste un petit soucis la dame ne savait pas parler français il était donc difficile de communiquer. Abritel note de fausses informations au sujet de cet appartement, il n'y a pas de parking!!!!! La propriétaire est joignable et très sympa.

Great location appartment

We loved the location of the apartment because we could walk to restaurants, public transportation, stores and attractions. The check-in process was great. We were late but they were still waiting for us in the property. Communication with property manager was very fast. The heater works really well. It was very cold outside but the condo felt so good. Very quiet, located near many restaurants and buses. Small hot water tank for 4 people sharing. 2 full flights up if you’re hauling a suitcase. Nearby L’As du Fallafel restaurant had the best falafels!

Great location, good service, clean and tidy

If you like being near everything, this little place in Le Marais is an excellent choice. Good for three people, tight for four; it has an adequate kitchen. The real plus is the location within walking distance to the Seine and its sites and very near the Metro, shops, stores, restaurants.

Exceptional apartment in Paris

Great place to stay

Super location, 100 m from main shopping street, major thoroughfare, city bikes, and 200m from metro. Yet the apartment is very quiet. It is a compact space but our family of 5 with 3 teenagers had sufficient space. Kitchen is limited but this is Paris, and within 100m are at least 10 restaurants, including several on a nearby square. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Paris vacation

A very nice perfectly located apartment for exploring Paris. Close to Norte Dame and metro stations. Nice restaurants and local amenities nearby. The apartment is very nicely decorated and my family of 4 felt very comfortable and relaxed here. The owner communicates well and promptly which was appreciated. We will have a nice family holiday memory from our stay here.

I enjoy both travelling and renting apartment to travellers as I love meeting people with different back ground and culture. I hope I will be the one to do the check in for you.. But if I'm not in Paris, it will be my assistant, Mark who will be there for you. He is very kind and helpful:)
He will be able to take care of you throughout your stay.

This charming 18th century apartment was entirely redone and equipped in 2008 keeping the character and charm of its original features ( genuine hardwood floor, antique tile floor called 'tomettes' in the kitchen, and marble diamond 'Versailles' patterned floor in the bathroom).

And it is in the greatest location to enjoy Paris!
