Le Marais-Central Paris. Joli et calme 2 bd apt. 2 minutes du métro

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. L' appartement de Natsumi , en plus d' être très charmant, est bien placé a tout leconfort et permet d'être à proximité des meilleurs petits coins de Paris. Sans doute nous y retournerons.

En famille 4 jours (4 adultes), nous avons trouvé un petit appartement charmant, très clair, très calme, bien équipé et propre. Je le recommande aussi pour un couple (et 1 enfant). Un des beaux quartiers où LA MANGERIE et LA FAVORITE, 2 bonnes tables, vous accueillent même tard.

Je tiens à laisser un petit message, car c'est grâce aux avis précedents que nous avons pris cette appartement, il est très bien situé, le métro n'est qu'a quelques mètres, les boutiques, les restaurants... tout est à côté ! le marais est un joli endroit, les gens ont pris le temps de nous aiguiller, et Natsumi la propriétaire a été charmante, nous avons eu les réponses à toutes nos questions avant de partir, Mark a été super et très disponible à notre arrivée, notre séjour dans votre appartement chère Natsumi était super ! nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! N'hésitez pas à le louer !! Bon voyage

The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed our brief stay. This is five star -- clean, accurately represented, extremely responsive owner, comfortable bed, and quiet location, yet the property might not be for everyone. The furnishings are shabby chic and "antique-like" pieces that aren't first with comfort but who spends a lot of time in the apartment? On the plus side, the kitchen is well-supplied, the bathroom fixtures are modernized and the bathroom is large with a window. The apartment is bright and the layout works nicely with a separate dining area right outside the kitchen. The apartment is two flights up and while many old buildings settle, the stairs are slanted and warped. and the dining room wood floor has a major slant. The building hallway could be better maintained but was passable. The apartment feels old which is part of the charm but more comfortable furniture would certainly make the place more cozy and cheery. Linens were plentiful and fresh. No issue with cleanliness. Would stay again.

Super location, 100 m from main shopping street, major thoroughfare, city bikes, and 200m from metro. Yet the apartment is very quiet. It is a compact space but our family of 5 with 3 teenagers had sufficient space. Kitchen is limited but this is Paris, and within 100m are at least 10 restaurants, including several on a nearby square. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.
