Conveniently situated near Montecito’s Lower Village, this completely updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse overlooks the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. 5 minute Uber or drive to the Funk Zone and downtown Santa Barbara and only a short walk or ride to Butterfly and East Beach. All of Montecito's restaurants, shops and grocery stores up the street! Very quiet location with great views.

Great location near services Montecito. Well equipped, good instructions, very clean and efficient place to stay. It's right next to train tracks and freeway, but the noise was not an issue at all (the infrequent trains were surprisingly quiet).

Great for a weekend stay in Santa Barbara/Montecito

Perfect location walking distance from downtown Montecito and the Santa Barbara pier/beach/zoo area. I stayed here with my wife and family for the weekend and it was just perfect for us.

Very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the mattresses, which were very supportive without being too stiff. A brand new coffee shop opened up nearby (2 minute walk), which has good coffee. We liked the location, which allowed our family to walk to the zoo (about 1.5 miles along a nice walking/biking path). Would stay here again.

Great location and plenty of room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and across the street from a bird sanctuary, and a few blocks from the beach, where we ran, walked, and watched the waves. It was especially nice to have a second bathroom with 4 adults. We would definitely stay there again!

Sean was easy and responsive, helping with early check in and recommendations in the area. We needed a cozy roomy spot to rest over a wedding weekend near by, and this place did the trick. The coffee, washer/drier, space was really nice to have! The only downside
 the beds were so unbelievable firm we all had a hard time sleeping. If you like a firm bed you’re in for the sleep of your life.

A great first-time experience!

Everything was easy; from check-in to check out. The property was more beautiful than expected. The location was convenient and communication with the host was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as this was my first time using VRBO, but they definitely exceeded all expectations and now I must say that I only hope all future experiences are as great as this one!
