Our home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood on a wide canal waterway. The custom Lanai's Eastern view provides beautiful sunrises and a truly tranquil atmosphere. Its the perfect spot for boating, fishing, and good old fashioned relaxation! Great for couples, romantic getaways and families with kids. Heated pool for fun all year long. Equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and coolers for long days at the beach!

Description Of Our Home

We are centrally located on the island only 5 minutes from both Tiger-tail Beach and South Marco Beach, the popular Mackle Park and some of the best restaurants and shopping in Marco.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation with granite counter tops, solid oak cabinets, pass thru bar, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, cookware, utensils and flatware you will need for your stay.

Great Room: For those nights you just want to relax, enjoy 'movie night' in the comfortable great room complete with HD Smart TV, surround sound system and DVD player. Marco Island has some of the best year round weather in the world so slide open the glass doors and create a wonderful Indoor/Outdoor great room!

Lanai: Our Eastern facing lanai lets you enjoy beautiful sunrises and tranquil water views while floating in the custom salt water pool. Put up your feet and unwind on the lanai while listening to your own playlist on the Bluetooth sound system. We even have a gas grill for you to cook up your fresh catch or poolside BBQ.

Dock: We are located on a wide canal and have a large wrap around dock. The kids will love fishing off the dock (we even have fishing poles!). The dock is also perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the island.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom provides a plush king size bed, large walk-in shower, granite vanity with dual sinks, walk-in closet, HD smart TV with Roku, and a private entrance to the lanai.

2nd Bedroom: The second bedroom is decorated in a beach theme complete with wicker furniture. The room has a wonderful view of the garden and canal. The room has a comfortably appointed queen size bed with 'Cool Tech' memory foam and HD smart TV with Roku.

3rd Bedroom: The third bedroom provides both kids (and those who still want to be) their own private space with a twin loft bed over a full bed. The full bed has a memory foam mattress and can even be rolled out to provide extra space under the twin. The room also has it's own HD smart TV with Roku.
