Our accommodations include a primary bedroom with a king bed, accommodating 2 guests, and a living room/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, accommodating an additional 2 guests, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.

Situated amidst three towers, Tower 1 serves as the primary tower, overlooking the expansive lagoon pool. Adjacent to Tower 1 are Towers 2 and 3, with the Leeward Building positioned beside Tower 2. Despite being in the Leeward Building, guests enjoy access to the same pools and amenities as those in Tower 1. However, residing in the Leeward Building situates you just 100 yards from the beach, offering a serene view of sand dunes and direct access to the ocean, sans the pool and sunbathing deck vistas.

Our resort boasts an array of amenities designed to ensure an unforgettable vacation experience for you and your family. These amenities include an Executive Par-3 Golf Course, 10 Plexicushion Tennis Courts, 5 Pickleball Courts, 10 Shuffleboard Courts, 11 pools (10 of which are seasonally heated), 4 gulf-front hot tubs, onsite dining options, and more.

Stepping into Edgewater Leeward #L104, you'll discover a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodating up to four guests, complete with a balcony offering uninterrupted views of protected dunes and the beach beyond. The open floor plan features plush furnishings, a large flat screen TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar counter, and a charming dining area for shared meals.

Parking: Your stay includes a parking pass for one vehicle, which should be displayed on your dashboard throughout your stay. Additional parking passes are available for purchase ($25) and can be obtained from the HOA office located near the entrance gate labeled Leeward-Winward.

Important Note: The gate in front of the Leeward Building serves as a back entrance accessible only to owners. Access for guests is via the main security gate, manned 24/7 by security personnel.
