This stunning 4th floor property offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort and Panama City Beach! The open floor plan great room is furnished with a sofa and love seat set that pulls out to a queen sleeper. You'll enjoy the large screen TV with Roku streaming and Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property. There's nothing like surfing by the surf! Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the expansive views and people watching!

The kitchen has an ocean view, too and is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area, which is also oceanfont, seats 4 at the table and has more seating for 2 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards. Enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the ocean on your private balcony. Relax in the evening with a beverage and a fabulous sunset. Your balcony has plenty of seating.

The spacious Main Suite, with its elegant decor, has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a large vanity with plenty of storage space, elegant tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub-this bathroom is very updated and modern.

The Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in coastal decor and has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity.

All bedrooms have flat screens TVs, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the kitchen closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
