Lake front cottage less than 1mile from Fifth Ave S. The heart of old Naples.
Conch Cottage is a charming piece of Old Florida, with modern amenities. Enjoy a fully fenced-in, secluded lush tropical back yard paradise furnished with a conversation set, propane fire-pit and grill. You can watch sunsets or sunrises cross the lake from the screened-in front porch. The large double lot affords a parking area that can accommodate trailered boats or recreational vehicles. Inside the main house you will find light tropical fittings, with the entire house being finished in luxury vinyl tile floors except for the tiled bathrooms. The kitchen with its vaulted pine ceilings has a modern gas stove, dishwasher and oversized fridge. There is a separate dining room that seats six and a large picnic table on the back lanai for real Florida sitting. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share a central bathroom which has a luxurious oversized jacuzzi tub. There is a Florida room with laundry tub, washer and dryer and an extra TV and foosball table. The neighborhood is centrally located with multiple small markets and restaurants nearby. The up-and-coming Bayshore arts district is around the corner featuring the Celebration food park, breweries, wine bars and boat ramp. The popular Fifth Avenue south district is one mile away and Tin City and the waterfront district are even closer.
The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Canât wait to stay here again!
A very nice home. Plenty of space and very clean. George was responsive to all our questions. Well located near sites to visit and beaches and shopping.
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, clean house! As a family of five, we found the space sufficient for everyone to feel comfortable. The house is well-maintained and welcoming, with all the essentials provided. While it's a bit far to walk downtown or the pier, we rented a car, which made getting around super easy. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to others.
The property was as advertised, clean and comfortable, nice on property amenities. George was attentive to all my questions we had about the property. We would stay there again, thanks for having us!
The house was nice inside. Bigger than I thought as it had a bonus room with a couch. House was built in 1929 and looks like it had a couple of additions. Had a funky smell like an old house. Originally thought the neighborhood was questionable but close to Tin City and some nice restaurants. Weâd stay there again or recommend friends looking for a clean central place to stay that wonât break the budget. Check in and check out were easy.
We loved everything about this comfy cottage! It's in a quiet secluded neighborhood and close to so many things. 5th street shopping and the Naples beach are 10-15 minutes away Tons of restaurants close by. Naples Pickleball Center with 66 courts is 9 minutes away.
Cottage is completely renovated inside. Three nice bedrooms, two screened in porches and a fenced yard. Our little dog loved running around in the back. Only wish the second bathroom had an enclosure but we had no issues sharing the master with all three people.
We hope to return to Naples every winter for a week or two to escape the cold winters in VA. We will definitely stay here again if it's available. FIVE STARS+ for this awesome place. George was great to work with!!!
