The open-concept common areas on the main floor provide a spacious eat-in kitchen, wet bar and direct access to the furnished screened porch where the ebb and flow of the ocean sets the vibe to island time. The front porch on the same floor boasts rocking chairs. 

On the second floor is a TV den as well as a split-level sun deck offering a peek-a-boo ocean view by day and fantastic stargazing by night. In addition to covered parking, the ground level provides a shaded outdoor living space with chairs, hammock, smart TV, game area, grill, utility sink and enclosed shower.

Beach access is right around the corner and a public boat launch only steps away across the road. Be sure to bring or rent a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays. 

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot.
